We had 3 people out and we were getting pushed to replace the AC. Russ was able to fix it without replace 9 different things and get our house back to comfortable when we are both working from home.
I contacted Jeffries Inc. early Saturday morning after waking up with no heat. Russ and I discussed my issues over the phone and he was able to provide me with a possible fix. Russ showed up to my home and was ready to tackle the job. He communicated the issue with me and we discuss the possible options. Russ was very thorough in his work and took his time. I appreciate that he did a quick check of the entire system and not just the issue. He ran me through a few preventive maintenance options and will be making the call to get that scheduled. Overall I'm very please with Jeffries Inc., Russ was honest, detailed and a pleasure to work with. They will definately be my HVAC team from now on. Thanks.
I am writing this review because I am immensely impressed. I called to inquire about needing repairs and on the same day a technician came by. The professionalism, tidiness and attention to detail by Shaun was great. I would heartily recommend contacting Jeffries Inc for your HVAC needs.
Without question, the most reliable, reputable and honest sub contractor we have ever dealt with, Russ Jeffries went way beyond the norm to find a way to solve a heating / cooling issue in our 3 year old HTC Lennar home that completely befuddled others who tried to get to the cause of the problem. My wife and I would highly recommend Russ Jeffries for your HVAC needs.
Russ came out to evaluate our house for a new furnace and an AC unit. He was very thorough and friendly. He said that at the time, he was busy but would get us an estimate as soon as he could. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him, I called the office and was told that they were just busy and would try to get us the estimate as soon as possible. I have since called the office another 4 times because as I said, he seemed like a really nice guy, came highly recommended, and appeared to be very thorough. Each time I called I was assured that I would get the estimate soon. He came out in May and we still have not gotten the estimate. Obviously at this point, we do not want to use the company anyway but we just are highly disappointed in the lack of communication.
Russ is the best! He came out on a Saturday when our boiler pump went out, went the extra mile to source a replacement same-day, and had our heat and hot water back up and running within a couple hours. He didn't even charge us a weekend surcharge! Would highly recommend him and his team.
