Right HVAC Repair & installation is an extraordinary company. I contacted them to have my AC serviced and couldn't be happier. Our technician Nark was the best! My AC went out on a Sunday, and I called them up. They were able to come by that day and make the repair, which took less than an hour. The guy was really nice and professional, and he even showed me how to use the remote control in case I ever need it again!
Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. They explained everything from the purchase, financing, install and how to operate and maintain the equipment. I was never confused about anything. I'll definitely have future home repairs done by Right HVAC Repair & installation.
I enrolled as a PREMIUM customer and when my kitchen sink was clogged, they promised service that day - and then cancelled due to 'other emergencies' and then scheduled for the next day. They then canceled the next day and couldn't guarantee WHEN they would fix MY emergency claiming it would be AT LEAST another day - or two - or up to TWO WEEKS (yes, that's what they said). I finally called PRECISION PLUMBING and they proved to be excellent. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY CANNOT COMMIT TO DOING THE WORK - If I could give ZERO stars I would - December 1, 2021
Installation of our new furnace was done on the planned date by James and Eric. They were very professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. They answered all our questions, explained me how the system works, cleaned up. Great job done guys.
They are by far superior in customer service than any other company I've tried to deal with in years. They fixed my heat this winter, and now my air this summer, within hours of the initial call. Even though they are swamped, they do their best to fit you in. The technicians are professional and the pricing is great. I won't ever use anyone else. I couldn't be more impressed.

The people at Right HVAC Repair & installation, including phone receptionists, guy in sales, and the technical staff who did and supervised the work were very courteous and efficient. Pricing was competitive. I would highly recommend this company.
My recent experience with Right HVAC Repair & installation company was more than excellent! From the regular visit by their estimator through their installation period,I have never come across a more experieced and professional company than them. Both of our furnace and AC unit system was replaced by their experienced and honest techs at a friendly cost. They did a superb job and cleaned everything afterwards. Ric is great. He checked in with us every step of the way. His technicians were courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. They were quick and got everything working and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely recommend them.
