Russ and Kyle installed a water softener today. During the initial visit, Russ explained everything clearly and didn't try to sell me something we didn't need, like a 2nd carbon filter unit which another company's estimator said I would need to get rid of the chlorine smell/taste - Russ said it's not needed. He also recommended a whole house filter which doesn't require regular filter replacement. We also had them install a mini-split system last fall, which we're really enjoying now that it's summer. They always respond quickly, especially Bryan, who would return my email within an hour each time. Great company!

I have been a loyal Save Home Heat customer for over 20 years. Their expanded plumbing and electrical service options make them even more convenient. Every technician has always been very professional and knowledgeable. Today was no exception. Jackson did a very thorough inspection of my furnace and explained everything in detail. Not to mention, he is one of the nicest people I've ever met.
I used Save Home Heat to get a quote to have a heat pump installed. They communicated well, had great service, and were very professional.
Had a large job that included a heat pump, air handler and heat pump water heater install with an electric panel upgrade. The teams were very knowledgeable, listened to my questions and left a clean worksite after the job. What impressed me the most was how responsive they were to some of my concerns with the initial install on the outlet vent on the heat pump water heater. Even thou it was additional work for them they listened to my concerns and provided a superior installation.
Dylan Nave of Save Home Heat was very competent and courteous. He resolved two additional, minor, but important plumbing issues while he was here and explained various evaporative cooling questions clearly. Thanks for his excellent service!

Jackson from Save Home Heat showed up right on time and explained every step of the work he did on our Lennox HVAC system today. He updated me multiple times as he worked through the issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. Nicely done.

The Save Home Heat team was so professional from the time the sales person came into the door to do an estimate until when the technicians left today. We understood the system and what was going to happen during installation. What was committed to us is exactly what happened including electrical upgrades. The technicians were easy to have in the house and seemed confident, that they knew what they were doing. Also very friendly. Overall we are so pleased with our new AC & heat system. Save Home Heat has been wonderful to work with for our AC/HVAC and plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation. We had two heat pumps installed last year as our Summers are getting hotter and longer. The units are fantastic. We just had our first year maintenance and all is going well. We were so happy with the quality of work that we have now used them for all of our plumbing needs too - boiler/radiant heat system and water pressure. All around great experience.
Still deciding on upgrading to a heat pump assisted system. Lots to consider. Safe Home Heat were very generous with their time and evaluation of our home's needs.
Save Home Heat installed a heat pump & high efficiency furnace combination and a heat pump hot water heater. They were very professional and competent. Their service is is great and always very responsive. Plus they are a Xcel approved contractor and will deal with obtaining any rebates from Xcel. I highly recommend them.
I have only good things to say about my experience with Save Home Heat. Everyone I spoke with on the phone or in person was friendly and professional. I will be calling them again if I have any more furnace and water heater needs.
We used them for a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater several years ago. The install was excellent and all of the equipment has functioned excellently. We have an annual maintenance agreement with them and it is a great service to keep our HVAC equipment operating efficiently. Highly recommend them for installs and repairs. April, 2023 - We are still very satisfied with their services. The annual maintenance keeps our equipment in great working order. Their service techs are very knowledgeable and reliable.
The tech showed up on time and communicated when he would be here. He walked around with me so I could inform him as to what I wanted to be repaired.. When he finished the job he explained to me what he had done and clearly showed the charges
We had a problem with our air conditioner. They came out within 24 hours. They were on time. The tech was respectful and very pleasant. Issue was quickly resolved. Price was very reasonable.
