They sent a technician named Trevor within a couple hours of my call. He was prompt, and efficient with his diagnosis. He also was very clear in explaining things to me. My experiences with Precision have always been positive. Kinda helps ease the blow of an unexpected home repair cost.
Charles was very thorough and did a great job at helping me understand what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and ultimately spending money I needed to spend to not be miserable in 90° weather!

Josh was on time.. Well actually early which is awsome! I had him look at the problem with my outdoor water spigot. It has been leaking when I have the hose hooked up to it. Anyway, Josh showed me that whomever had fixed it previously before I have owned the home did it not according to code. He quoted me a price that seemed reasonable but I have to get my husband's thoughts on this matter. I want to thank you Josh for being so professional and explaining everything to me. I will for sure check with my husband and let you know when it's going to work for us to have the spigot fixed. Jayma Lynn Alford
Eric did such a great job fixing my air conditioner. He was very thorough and efficient and my dogs liked him so that says a lot.
Contacted because of an odd sound coming from the system in our new house. Brad was very responsive, did a full inspection of all aspects of the system, replaced filters and flushed drain lines, and inspected our ancient AC. Very thorough and we feel confident about the state of our system.
Charles designed and built a very efficient boiler system for my 4,800 sq fr home. He also replaced all the old and clogged zone valves in the crawl space. He loves his job and is very good at it!!
Jeff the A/C technician came out and fixed our problem quickly. Then he was very knowledgeable about other problems with our home (ie humidifier system) and educated me as how to head off future issues. I will use this company for all my future needs!
We had an issue with our air conditioner, which of course didn’t arise until we had a 95 degree day. I called Precision, and they were able to fit us in the next day. Eric showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue. AC is now back and running. Thanks Eric and Precision!
I was running out of hot water in my morning shower. My 17-year-old Rinnai tankless water heater was making loud noises, and the water temp reading would go down to 10, rather than 120. I called Precision, and Justin Martinez came out to take a look. He was very patient explaining what was happening and what my options were. I decided to replace my old water heater with a new (and improved) one. That was on a Friday. The following Monday Justin came and spent the day taking out the old heater and putting the new one. There wasn't much room to spare. Justin was hard-working and pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I didn't have anything to clean up afterwards. Precision has a reputation for being expensive, and it is. I perhaps could have shopped around and gotten something cheaper. But my peace of mind in getting essential service work done professionally with attention to customer service is priceless.
I would highly recommend Precision. Devon called 30 ahead of the time window I scheduled to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and was super professional and informative about the service scheduled as well as others I inquired about. Efficient service and excellent work. I’ll definitely be using their services in the near future.
What a friendly, upbeat and energetic plumber Michael was today! So refreshing to have someone as experienced and enthusiastic as he was. Within minutes, he diagnosed the problem and had it solved! Thank you Michael!
