Levi was great!! He was able to fix our leaky outdoor spigot and was very professional and walked my husband through the entire process!! If we have anymore plumbing issues, we will for sure call Mesa and request Levi again!! Thank you!!

I called Mesa Plumbing this morning and need a outside faucet replaced ASAP - I was told that the plumber would call within 30 minutes to arrange his time of arrival . Levi S arrived within 30 minute,- he introduced himself and reviewed my situation and provided an estimated cost for the job. Levi S was polite, professional and answered all my questions as to what he was doing and why he was doing it. After completing the job - he tested the entire water system - just to make sure everything was alright . Thank You again Levi S for a job well done!! I will recommend Mesa Plumbing to my family and friends.
I was working on my sprinkler water lines when I saw Mesa Plumbing Heating & Cooling at my neighbors home, so I asked their Technician, Cody if he could help me out on a couple of issues I was having. He happily called the office to see if they could schedule me in along with their other appointments. Cody quickly altered some connections, replaced some fittings and was done in no time. His work was excellent, very courteous, informative, professional and sincerely cared meeting my expectations and doing a quality job. It is just refreshing to see folks who enjoy their craft, take pride in their profession regardless how easy or difficult the task. Thank you Mesa for your help in a pinch and it was a pleasure working with Cody! Very happy to find a quality plumbing, heating & cooling company when in need!
Eric was very professional, polite, and solved the problem almost immediately. He also made a recommendation on a thermostat that I went ahead and bought. And he checked a few other items that needed attention. Excellent company representative!.
levi matthews, colt cash, and patrick addison helped us put in a new water heater when it broke while we were away for our wedding. they worked late into the night to resolve issues that came up with our old home and were very helpful and respectful (they even brought in our packages while we were gone! :))
Showed up for same day service before anticipated time. Thorough research of our leak problem and it was a rusted rotted garbage disposer. Replaced and all leaks checked for. Very thorough
I have used Mesa a couple times and every technicians I've worked with is always timely, professional, and really kind and helpful! Today I worked with Levi Shuckman and I couldn't recommend him enough.

Editing my review since Google doesn't let us make new ones to give these people another shoutout for high quality service and great timing! We had a big list of things we needed done and I'm happy with the results. Money well spent and I'm relieved. It was a lot of work but they took of everything without any issues. I had lots of questions too about the estimates but they answered each one. Go with these guys they know what they're doing and they're not rude unlike a lot of other companies.
Levi S. was incredible, he is wonderful at his work and so kind. He obviously loves his job and spoke highly of MESA and the owner, Sam. I am now loyal to MESA for all of my plumbing needs.
I am truly in awe of this company. They simply told me that the leak I wanted them to fix was from a Condensation Valve that was working properly. No up sell, no find a different problem, just, "This little bit of water is the way this system is supposed to work." Great!!! Mesa is now my go-to plumbing group. Side note: I actually called McAdams Plumbing. When a Mesa Plumbing guy showed up, I was taken aback. It's turn Mesa and McAdams have merged. OK by me.
Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Go low, get cheap quality. This place isn't cheap but they're not the most expensive. I love how they won't go through with the work without getting a signature on the estimate first and answer all your questions. They even told me that if I find issues at all with the work, I can call back within two weeks and the repairs would be free! Seeing the negative reviews I have to wonder if there aren't some bored trolls going after them because my experience and the experience of many others has been very pleasant.

Our boiler system recently failed on a holiday weekend. We called Mesa Plumbing for service and they were able to schedule us for service on that day. The service technician, Colton Cash, quickly identified the problems and arranged to have the required service parts available on the next day. Colton was assisted by Eric Kurello for the repairs. The two of them efficiently worked together to resolve the issues and did a thorough job of returning the boiler system to perfect working condition. We are very satisfied with the repair!
