These guys are fantastic! They did a perfect job job installing my entire HVAC system and I use them for maintenance bi-annually. I will not use another air company. Been burned a few times but I trust Joes HV & AC Express Repair.
I do not believe this company deserves to be in business here in Boulder or anywhere. When my system conked out, their repair guy told me I needed a new furnace and quoted me a price of $5,800. My existing furnace was only 6 years old! I called another HVAC for a second opinion. Turned out all I needed was a new switch ($350). Beware.
I called EARLY on Sunday morning in distress because my air vents had mold. I have a newborn baby in the house and was panicked. Jeff scheduled an appointment the next day. Arrived on time and was very professional. He and his assistant went to work immediately upon arriving. He looked at my areas of concern and was able to identify the problem. My ducts and furnace were cleaned and sanitized. I was so impressed with the quality of service and his sincere concern for my issue. He showed me the problem and explained the services being provided and why. I would definitely refer Joes for any air duct cleaning. A customer forever.
I called for service to my water chiller. He took my information and told me they were booked for 2 weeks out so they could not accept any new job. He then proceeded to tell me thank you for your call and hung up on me. Wow!
I love my new doors! The garage has never been so organized. And the service was also great. They were fast and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service.

Amazing service! I called this morning and Jeff was out within the hour. He got my AC up and running for a reasonable fee. He was very professional, neat and personable. I will call him again for service when needed and I will recommend him to my friends and family, as well as neighbors in my condo building.
Jeff was totally open and took the time to educate me about my system. Coming from an old home with radiators and window a/c units, I've never before had a forced air system and now I feel comfortable in my understanding of how it works and how to utilize it in a more efficient manner.
