We selected IMS to install mini-split A/C for our bedroom because the detailed information and transparency. And we are very satisfied with the professionalism, good system, and and high quality of work.
The technicians were cordial and explained well how the whole house humidifier works, they cleaned up thoroughly after the installation.
Elijah called prior to arrival, very professional, identified issue, had part to repair. He checked unit pressures and discussed issue and cost prior. Friendly smile, great attitude, he also wore shoe covers inside home. Very professional at his job! Would highly recommend IMS Heat and Air for your services!
IMS provided a comparable quote to several other companies, but we selected them for their professionalism and commitment to quality. We were not disappointed. They did an excellent job installing a new furnace and A/C system in our home and explaining both systems to us. The protected our floors, cleaned up when they were done, and were courteous throughout the process. A great company that stands behind their work!
Had a great experience with IMS Heating and Air. Recently got an ac unit installed in my house. IMS made the experience super easy. From the beginning to the end everything was great! They explain everything really well and they’re straight up with you! Had a couple different bids with other companies and IMS prices were the best in my opinion. My technician Daryn was great! He did an awesome job and after he was done he answered all my questions and explained how everworks! Overall my experience with IMS was great! I will definitely keep doing buisness with them and i will recommend them to everyone i know!
Elijah Ledezma was amazing! He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have had 3 different companies come out to fix my furnace and AC. He was able to find the problem in the first 5 min he was here. Airflow and all is back to normal. IMS was great!
Very professional crew that worked efficiently and cleanly. Had my entire retrofit done in 1 day despite structural and electrical problems that were encountered. Also took the time to review the install and answered all my questions. Very positive experience all around.

Had some issues with my Air conditioning. This a company that truly cares. Technician Dylan L came and fixed my leak I had with my air conditioning and did it fast. He is was so nice too. I had a very great experience with him. Thank you so much for coming out to fix my issue Dylan and thank you IMS for contacting me before he came to make sure I was home too.

Just replaced our 25 year old A/C and Furnace with a heat pump and new furnace from IMS and they were great to work with. We got quotes from five different companies and went with IMS. The sales person, Deon, was super helpful, tried to get us the best value for a new system and didn't try to up-sell me anything . Though after the initial quotes I up-sold myself after some more heat pump/tax credit research and he worked with me for a good amount of time to build something that fit my desired specs and due to some equipment shortages was able to get us a more expensive evaporator coil that was in stock for the same lower price of the one that was backordered. Franklin and crew on the install were also super helpful, thorough, and did a great job!

If you’re reading this, you’ve found the best heating and AC service company. Shaun was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to determine all of the issues with my AC unit and, more importantly, he spent a lot of time both with diagnosing the system as well as explaining each of the problems. I should’ve called IMS from the very beginning so believe me when I say these guys are the best.
Shaun was wonderful. It was supposed to be his day off, but he responded to the call and even though the repair was trying, he was personable, helpful, and did a great job of communicating the issues he encountered along the way. He will be the reason we call this company again if we need assistance.
Mitch was awesome. Knowledgeable and professional. Guy took his time and made sure everything was working properly. Gave honest feedback and recommendations. AC is working significantly better and now my wife wears a hoodie all year.
Rep in Home Depot was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was her work that got the job ultimately. Estimator in house was amazing too. He was responsive, had excellent follow through, came to the house twice without hesitation or delay. Installer and assistant were awesome, he worked super hard and skillfully placing the retro fit AC how we wanted it in this surprisingly tricky raised ranch home.

We moved into a new home and after three weeks we were needing to install a new AC & Furnace. Which for first time homeowners was a very stressful situation. Deon was immediately very attentive and available to help us out on getting an accurate estimate together with the best prices that we encountered after getting a ton of estimates from other companies. Deon was incredibly helpful and made us feel like we made the correct choice for such a big and important purchase for our home. IMS was able to turn around an book an installation date right away and Franklin & Jesus were on time and incredibly professional. I was walked through the entire installation process before they began and went to work right away. They treated my home and my dog with respect and were very efficient in their work. After installation I was walked through the entire process again and was given maintenance and care tips to make sure everything would continue working as intended. I am forever thankful for everyone I worked with at IMS. I would recommend no other company to work with other than them. I went from being incredibly stressed with the process to being beyond happy after meeting Deon and the team at IMS.
We had Dylan come out after setting up an appointment at Home Depot for a routine furnace inspection. We were informed that both blower motors needed to be replaced on our furnaces and the total parts and labor would be $2,700! The next morning, our furnace in the basement wasn’t working and they wanted to charge us to come out for another service call to take a look at it. We told them we would have another company come out and take a look at it since it was suspicious. Low and behold, the gas was shut off to the downstairs furnace. We had the blower motor replaced, wheel cleaned and new capacitor installed for $1,000, which was all the work that was needed. Thank you impact heating and cooling for your honest work. STAY AWAY FROM IMS!!
