Lakeside did a great job with a detailed estimate and were very prompt with all communication. The installers were always on time, very professional and courteous and explained everything as the installation was progressing and how to use the new equipment. I would definitely recommend them.
Lakeside is a refreshing change from a lot of the poor customer service we have experienced in recent years. The old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly holds true for them! (not Applewood though) Holly, Tony, Bill and Mick have all gone above and beyond to make our new furnace and heat pump installation go well. From dealing with the Denver rebate program to dealing with the Denver inspector, Lakeside has done well. Having central air conditioning for the first time last summer was a godsend and being able to keep our house closed up when the air quality is bad has literally been a life-saver. Unfortunately, last winter's super-cold temps caused the condensation line to freeze so when we turned on the A/C for the first time this summer water flowed back into our house. Not to worry, Tony came out and installed a new line free of charge! I highly recommend Lakeside for all your HVAC needs!
From the initial in-home inspection to the estimate to central AC installation, these guys are the absolute best. Lakeside is incredibly communicative, knows their stuff, and just an all-around pleasure to do business with. Realize you can only give 5 stars but also just gotta say, 10/10 recommend!
Lakeside worked to get us taken care of in a timely manner. Very professional and they did an excellent job swapping out our water heater after our basement flooded. Highly recommend!
They installed a new furnace for me and made me feel so comfortable and well informed. I will only work with them moving forward.
Quality business - good to work with from quote thru install. Installers were pleasant, efficient and capable - took good care of our house and drop cloths and booties during install and the finished job looks professional. Quoted us what was needed, informed us of options and maintenance items but no pressure or upselling in the process. Would recommend them to others.
Lakeside HVAC did a great job evaluating our existing system and providing us with a new efficient furnace and AC. The installation team was friendly, on time, and answered any question we had. The left the furnace room clean and tidy after the install. A great experience and the best price and product for our needs.
They came out and gave me a quote and then said that they couldn't find any scaffolding to do the job (I waited for weeks while they "searched" for a place to rent scaffolding from), and ended up wanting me to rent the scaffolding to do the work. I called another contractor and they said there was absolutely no need for scaffolding on my house. They did not try hard at all to solve a very simple problem. A simple google search shows you can rent scaffolding from about 50 different places in Denver so it is frustrating that they could not figure out how to get the basic equipment needed for this work.
Top notch company! I enjoyed working with Tony, Chael and Derrick. They installed a new air conditioner, furnance and thermostat that is whisper quiet. They are professionals and provide excellent workmanship!
Great as usual, very responsive and always available, usually show up same day if there's a problem. Cant do much better than Lakeside!
I don’t know where to begin with how outstanding Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning is as a business. In this day and age it is not the norm to get this excellent service. All the employees, Holly, Marisa, Patrick, Chael, and Eric were so great. How often to you actually deal with the owners Bill and Tony. One of the outstanding business practices was the thorough explanations about the services as well as the costs and the options provided to us. You also got written estimates. Patrick came out hoping to fix our old furnace. He tried everything to fix it, but the furnace was 21 years old. He was upfront with his advice, but did not pressure us with deciding one way or another on the options. Chael and Eric were very friendly and polite. Their installation was beautiful and there was no mess. In fact, my basement was cleaner when they finished the installation. Again, they also answered any questions and kept us informed about the progress and steps of installation. Chael was outstanding in this process and he did a thorough job explaining the thermostat. I just can’t say enough. I like a business that takes pride and really likes what they do which was conveyed by Tony and Bill. That sold us on doing business with them. Holly was so friendly and helpful and accommodating with the starting call and Marissa was also friendly and helpful. We were in a jam because our heating was out and these people were are knights in shining armor! I highly, highly recommend them!
Lakeside replaced my old furnace a number of years back. They've been here twice since (Should be more, I flubbed the regular maintenance for a number of years.) I've had 5 different people to my house, and spoken on the phone to another 2. Every person and in both situations, has been exceptional. I trust this business in it's entirety.
Lakeside Heating installed our new furnace and AC. Their quote wasn't the lowest, however, the offer of 5 years with 0% financing was hard to beat since not many people have $10K+ in the bank. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable and quick with the many quotes we asked for. Holly was very nice on the phone when filling out the financing application and scheduling the appointment. Speaking of the appointment, they were able to come install within a couple days of saying "yes" to the quote, which was great! Mick and Brandon did the install of the new equipment and were very friendly and professional. It was quoted for 2 days of work and they were done in a day! Overall, great experience and would recommend them to friends and family.
Great company. Price was right around what we expected and the financing is fantastic! Tony and Chael did the work in two days!! New furnace and ac! Awesome and fast. They even brought in my trash barrel from the street!
I don't often post reviews, but I was so impressed with Lakeside I had to. I had my heater fixed same day, and got to meet the most personable repairman in Utah. Highly recommend.

They were prompt, efficient & professional - & so pleasant to communicate with! We got clear answers to our questions & good explanations on follow-up steps to take. Excellent experience working with Lakeside Heating & Air Conditioning for installation of air conditioning and a new furnace. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. Great job! Update: My water heater broke late at night and I called Lakeside and they were able to replace it the next morning in a couple of hours. It is nice working with a caring and dependable company! I've used Lakeside Heating and Air since 1996. They are always professional, on time and the installs are very timely. They have installed two AC units and one furnace for me over the years, I wouldn't go anywhere else! Always helpful if I have questions too. Great service!
I am sooo happy! New Furnace and Air Conditioning system! Installed by Lakeside Heating and A/C. Excellent install by a family owned and operated company. My favorite kind. I support local small businesses ... especially in these times. My old furnace, a Montgomery Wards furnace, and was put in my house "used" by Lakeside Heating in 1986 and was still running! Talk about getting your money's worth! But, after 36 years, it was time for a new system. And I wanted air conditioning added. I bid this job to several companies, and Lakeside Heating saved me almost $10,000 with rebates and discounts over the other companies! Tony Burus, the owner, was beyond helpful and very kind. He embodies what service should be. They were very professional, and at the same time treated me like family. The system, complete with a new smart thermostat, works exceptionally well. It is 98% efficient. It's a quantum positive improvement on the 1986 model!! So, for my rating, on a scale of 1-10 - I'd give them a 20! I couldn't ask for better! Thanks Tony! I couldn't be happier! And I recommend them highly. I think you'd be as pleased as I am.
Lakeside recently replaced our failing furnace and air conditioning systems. Tony provided six incredibly thorough quotes of varying efficiencies and features and took the time to understand what we desired for our home rather than pressuring us to purchase the most expensive system. Chael and Derek completed our installation and were on time both days and incredibly communicative answering any questions I had and walked me through the ins and outs of the new system. When the install was completed, everything was cleaned up and put back in order. Importantly, the final invoice was identical to the quote we selected from Tony with zero upsell pressure or 'surprise' changes to the installation. I highly recommend Lakeside for any heating/cooling needs - they will be our first and only call from now on.
