The ease of scheduling over the phone was great, and there was not a lengthy wait between scheduling and service-- though it was about a week. Jason was professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The estimate he provided for the necessary services was quite a bit of sticker shock, so we are weighing our options while we try to decide on our next steps.
Scheduled on line, gave me 8am-5pm. Jordan called at 11:30, said he would be there in a half an hour he showed up in a half an hour he looked at my job went out and got his equipment after assessing whether it was the line that I needed cleaned or my main line about 20 minutes later my drain was running free. He gave me a little bit more knowledge than I already had known. He was very personable he was very professional I would have him back into my house anytime to clear clogged drain for me. Thank you plumb line for sending me Jordan He's an A one technician. I also love the fact that I didn't have to wait all day to see somebody come out with the wide window that the website gave me.
Arfan was our technician. He was on time, professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and why and most importantly, he fixed our AC problem.

They came to my house to replace ac. They messed up the first time and had to have someone come later in the day(whatever) and then they left scrap metal and nails all over my garage and drive way popping my tires. There are scraps everywhere. I can’t move my other car since there’s scraps thrown all over the place. Whether or not they pay for my tire, it is a complete pain to fix and making me unable to work.

My Service Technician, Joshua, was EXCELLENT in his evaluation of the problem as well as patiently explaning options of treating the drain blockage. Josh's demeanor and prompness in clearing the clogged line out was exceptional!!!
Had a person come out to service/diagnose our AC system at the house.After doing some checking he found that a part needed replacing and once it was replaced and doing some more checking he determined that we might need more repairs or possible replacement and recommended that we talk to a design consultant about such.
Excellent experience - had a backup after hours. Plumbline was out within 30 minutes. Easy to schedule, the estimate they gave before they started any work was exactly what was performed - just like the commercials state. No hidden surprises. The technician was very professional. He explained what caused the issue plus gave tips on how to prevent the issue in the future.
Ryan Unruh inspected our sewer line and recommended we replace our sewer line. Ryan very clearly detailed the procedure and the associated cost of the project. Ryan came to our house several times to check on the progress of our project while the crew was working. The men who worked on our project really worked well together as a team. The work crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after they completed the project.
