We got a heat pump and furnace installed by GoGreen and used Denver's rebate system. GoGreen was thousands of dollars less than the competitors. Customer service was very good and they handled all the city of denver rebate and permitting for us. Haven't had issues with the system in a year so far.
They provided a great service at installation and explained the process well. However, we have been trying to get them back to the house for 2 years so we can get the XCEL rebate. They do not return our calls.
The overall installation and service on my new HVAC system has been great. Go Green came out and installed as promised. My biggest hang up is that they talked me into a better unit because an excel rebate for $800 was offered. The upgraded unit cost me $500 more than I was quoted, so I figured I’d save $300 in the long run. This is where my problem started. My unit was installed a month ago, and I have been told by the receptionist that I would be getting my rebate filed. She took down my information, and said she would get right on it. A week goes by and I don’t hear anything, so I called back to ask. I get the excuse of, “oh sorry, I’ve been really busy. My daughter is graduating high school this week so I haven’t had time. I’ll get right on that.” Another week goes by, and no response. This time I call the owner and ask him what is happening. He proceeded to tell me that they had to schedule a time to come back out and verify everything was working correctly before submitting the rebate, and even he didn’t know why the receptionist gave me the wrong info. So, a tech comes out and was able to quickly verify. They told me that the receptionist would contact me the same day to verify everything was set up for the rebate. A week goes by and no call. So I call again, and leave a voicemail. No call back. It has been another week since then and I just called and left another message. This has gotten outrageous at this point. I have told them either cut me a check for $800 or submit my rebate. Although their installation team is great, the customer service here is atrocious. I would not recommend using this company to anyone, and I am disappointed in the quality of care they have for their customers.

So far, two effective and reasonably-priced services at my house by Go Green. They also came out a third time to replace a defect part. Since they had installed the part, the third fix was completely free. Great service, with integrity.
They were super knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot my heating system, ultimately saving me a lot of time and money. It's hard to find honest and fair companies these days, my experience was really refreshing and I will use them again

Zach came in and gave an honest and clear assessment of what was going on with our ac unit. He then laid out the options on how to fix it, and the implications of both options including price. We were so grateful he was willing to clean up the mess another contractor left!

Zach creatively figured out how to get a conventional A/C system in our attic. He was very thorough and looked at all options and configurations. He designed and sized it right, for a good price. His installers did a great job. We're very happy after a couple months of use.
Just finished the install for central AC. The entire experience was fantastic! Zach was very accommodating to my schedule to get to our house quickly to do the estimate. And the install went extremely smoothly! Everyone was very professional and kind to our dogs. Not to mention a great price!!! Very very satisfied!!
Great service from Zach and crew! Zach appeared within an hour of my call about our broken furnace and had it fixed within minutes while he explained what he was doing and why. Cost was reasonable and honest. I highly recommend Go Green if you're in or around Arvada. Thanks, Zach!
