The absolute worst service I have Ever received. I called to schedule an appointment and communicated that I had to leave my house by 1:30, the woman scheduling understood and was very nice. The Technician didn’t show, he then called me at 1:40 asking why no one was home, I explained that I was promised an appointment before 1:30 as I had to leave for school pick up. The man then yelled at me “School doesn’t get out until 3! Someone should be home!” Appalled. I explained that I drive long distance to my kids school and made it very clear I had To leave at 1:30. He became extremely frustrated, cursing under his breath and asked “Well WHEN will you be home!?”, I told Him I would rather call the office to reschedule as he was being hostile. When I called the office, I explained my interaction with the man and how hostile he was… she told me it was the OWNER and her husband!! She apologized, and said she often gets on to him for his rude behavior, he never did. For clarity, my husband owns and operates a service business in the area- We work and deal with customers and technicians daily and I have Never been spoken to with such disrespect from a service provider.

Owen came to College City ,Ca Been having frozen coils on heat pump after a very careful review of the entire system. Low Freon was the issue , arrived on time ready dial in the problem. Great young man very respectful cares about the customer we were using same day service. Out winters (. Your company just got all out work from here out have multiple homes in area A +++++++++++ Air Handler Trane 3 Ton This 3 stage Unit working again like new Thank you See you soon service in March Knight Rider College City
I recommend this business to anyone that is trying to save money and get the same quality or better. They go out of there way to save money for the homeowner .great people with professional Attitudes . Dave will take the time and explain how heating and air works . Then explain what you should get and why . Then give you multiple options
We are very happy with our experience with Town & Country. We recently replaced our whole AC unit and we’re very pleased with the competitive pricing Dave was able to work out. Cyrus who did our install was so nice, professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend them!
Owen showed up early, diagnosed our problem from our conversation. It ended up being the problem! Proper charges, done in about an hour. Did I mention, Owen was quite the pleasure...

I can't say enough about how great Dave and his team have been since they first installed my HVAC system. A couple of weeks ago, in the heat of summer our A/C unit was just not being efficient, we knew they would be busy and would have been happy to just have someone come out within the week - to our surprise Cyrus Sayles was able to come out the next day and did a fabulous job! He was so knowledgeable and even took the time to explain a few things so we could be proactive and keep an eye out to prevent some of the issues from happening again. Thank you so much for all your help and service!!!
Fast and reliable, and extremely honest.
My ac went out and so i called this place and dave came out to service it. He did an awesome job. He got my unit to work. He is a very cool guy. He did it in record time. No games and he even quoted me a price and then it ended up being half the price. He is honest, friendly, and he really knows his stuff. He set everything up for me so that i wont even need to touch it. I would recommend him to anyone needing a.c work done. Thank you dave and your boy for hooking it back up for my family and I. I am forever grateful
Thank you Cyrus Sayles for your expertise, attention to detail. Cyrus installed my furnace in my mobile home and am very pleased with it, he also replaced all the vent covers and sealed the leaks. He was able to adjust to the strict codes for mobile homes as well. A year ago he completed major maintenance on my home's central heating ac system and went above and beyond in fixing small things that had been neglected, all for very reasonable price. Dave and his team did a great job. I was left with a mess of a system from someone else and Dave came out gave me an honest opinion and a great price. He started the work quickly and finished in the time he had said, no surprises. I would highly recommend. Thanks again Dave!!!
They have been great over the years but the last two times I've had to have another company come back out to fix simple things like a clogged drain which should have been caught on my annual service agreement
I can’t say enough about how wonderful this company was! They came out right away when our air suddenly stopped working, diagnosed the problem and had it up and running again within an hour. Very reasonably priced, professional and dependable. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for air/heating service.
I called for a tech to come out and evaluate my AC. I was told they will not come out unless they do the work right then. I explained I will need to know the cost so I can make arrangements to pay. I was told they won't come out for that even though I'm paying for the service.
These guys are AMAZING!!! Brandon and Cyrus installed my new AC and Heating unit, they were kind, quick and very professional. I am very pleased with the work they did and will recommend Town & Country AC and Heating to all my friends and family! Thank you for upgrading my old unit to the new beautiful updated one and for getting it completed so fast!

These folks sold me and installed my reverse heat pump/air con.unit many years ago and are the only persons who've serviced it, just had an issue after last weather storm knocked out the power blowing the fuses out, upon power of course it was winter and they came with in the hour and assessed the problem , the boys were fast and did other inspections to unit . I'm very thankful.
Great service, reasonably priced and the owner is a top notch gentelman.
When our church heaters failed in the middle of winter, Town and County was able to replace both of our HVAC units in four days. Highly recommend them for heating and air.
