Needed to have a cap custom made for our fireplace. Have been calling around the local area and even went to Anggies list but no one wanted to do a cap on a two story home. Went into Burger on Cooper Ave and was greeted with a great staff. Left my phone number and their sheet metal guy (Brian) called me back the nest day, drove up and took measurements and installed the new custom cap the day after. 5 stars for these guys!!!!!!!

Great service. Texted before they arrived, showed up on time, Great service. Only thing I wish they would have done was to have left a detailed report that day about the services the performed. I had to wait through the weekend. Small detail, still very happy with the service... will use again.

We've used John Burger heating and air about 4 times now, for various reasons. They fixed our old system a few times, but just last week, we decided to have a new system put in. We had 3 quotes, and John burger was the middle price, but we chose them because we felt they were the best option for the price, the most professional, and quality. Thank you for taking care of our home, and making sure everything worked great. The only minor problem was they forgot to mention that our pilot light on our water heater would need to be relit due to them having to turn the gas off while installing the hvac system. But we called them, and they came back out and relit the water heater for us, instead of having to wait half a week for pg&e to come out. Thank you.

I have done business with John Burger off and on for over 10 years. They installed a HAVC unit in one of my homes and have upgraded another in a different home. I have found them to be professional and reliable. I gave them a 5 Star because that’s as many allowed. I highly recommend this business.
They overcharge compare to their competitors by a quite a few hundred more well at least that was my experience. Customer service is extremely poor the ladies that pick up the phone have attitudes. I wouldn't recommend.
Everytime I use John Burger Heating and Air I am extremely happy with the job they do as well as their customer service.
Knowledgeable and professional. The technicians came and introduced themselves and got to work. The first tech checked everything out and repaired what he could. Two days later, the second tech came to finish the job but explained that one more part is on its way. I'm glad it wasn't worse being an old system.

My AC went out last week and stopped cooling in awful California August. I was able to get an appointment next day. Technician Tim was wonderful. He found the problem quickly and explained the cost and function well. No fuss or hassle. I will definitely use this service again if needed.

If they would let us choose 0 star we would. They look the part but trust me they are NOT... Real nice, real friendly, but RIP off artist all the way. Stay clear of this company, they told my grandma she needed thousands in repairs and that she should replace her ac? After calling 2 other local company they both said same thing bad capacitor??? 150 bucks and no more issue. Wow way to go burger heat and air.
Thank you for the many systems you have installed for our construction company. It is nice to have a quality team to get the job done in a timely manner and at competitive prices. I know that some of our jobs are not easy. Custom homes always provide plenty of challenges. But it is great to work with people who know how to meet those challenges when they arrive.
