They are extremely responsive (as they have to be), professional, reliable and very fairly priced. They ALWAYS do a great job. We look forward to working with them in the years to come and would recommend them to everyone.

Friday morning we found out we had no hot water. Friday at 3pm we called around and nobody would come out till Monday. Joe’s Plumbing & Heating were able to come out Saturday morning and by noon we had a new water heater and John did a very good clean job! Thank you Joe’s Plumbing & Heating!!!
I noticed a leaking water heater on a Wednesday night and called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating at 9pm that evening. I was able to make an appointment for 11am the following morning. I received a call from Kevin an hour before the appointment and he arrived a few minutes early. Kevin emptied the leaky water heater, removed it, installed the new 50-gallon Bradford White, connected it, and lit the pilot. He also explained the actions that he took as well as the city code specifics. I am very happy with the next-day response, quick replacement, price, and friendly service. Thanks Kevin!
I contacted Joe’s Plumbing & Heating this morning, 7/21/2022 for a water heater that was leaking into the drop pan below it. The people on the phone were pleasant and got me an appointment this afternoon. Loni arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. He clearly explained the process and got right to work. He put down a drop-cloth to protect the carpet as he removed the old water heater and brought in the new one. Within a couple of hours the new water heater was installed. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Clayton and John came out to verify if I needed a new water heater due to a gas leak. Another company had told me that I needed a new unit. After a quick inspection Clayton and John were able to identify the leak issue and with some quick tightening of the valve were able to solve the problem without the need to replace the entire Water Heater. I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity that I will be back in the near future to upgrade my Water Heater to a new one. I also want to mention Seth help set this up and was very informative and professional with me on the phone. This is an excellent company to deal with and will treat you fair and with honesty.

After waiting several days for another business to call me back, I called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and they were able to come out the next day to install a new water heater. Don S. did a great job installing the new water heater and took away my broken water heater. If you are in need of a water heater, I highly recommend this company.
