Installer arrived on time. Very personable. I watched the install. Did a great job. He had many valuable suggestions/comments. I had other price quotes. Basically about $175 less then the best quote. Would use then again. In fact, my neighbor will use them tomorrow.

He did quality work and you can tell he is a perfectionist. He also explained in detail how to maintain and care for the water heater and showed how to do everything. One of the most professional companies I have hired. Prompt, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. When servicing my older system, they took the time to explain and point out issues they saw. Took photos of everything measured or replaced. When installing the new system, they arrived when they said and had the system installed in about five hours. It is working great. A few days later I called and said we thought we were smelling a faint odor of gas. A technician arrived within the hour and tightened a cap on the gas line. Problem solved. My technician from Innovative Air & Heating Repair was very professional and efficient. He checked both of our AC units on the roof. He took photos of each unit and the readings of how they were working then explained what they meant. The evaporator coils were dirty and he was able to clean them while he was here. He took before and after photos of each coil. He explained options and cost before doing any work. We would highly recommend Innovative Air & Heating Repair for your heating and cooling maintenance and repair needs.
