My original inquiry was handled in a kind and professional manner. The surveyor arrived to the house and went through the model and price options. Two courteous men arrived to install the Unit. There were no issues throughout the entire procedure. I would certainly would suggest Pro Line Air Inc.

They arrived early for the appointment they scheduled with me and immediately started looking for my issue. The other companies wanted me to spend thousands of dollars to completely replace my system, and initially Johnny, my technician, thought the same until he dug a little deeper and discovered the true issue. He then rushed outside to his truck, grabbed a part, and had my A/C working again in 30 minutes! I paid for the part and was charged for the service call. The reason I'm leaving this review is because I appreciate it when people are sincere in their dealings. If my system ever fails, you can be sure I'll call them again.
Had an emergency issue sunday evening with my AC made a call to Pro line Air. They showed up monday morning and were able to replace it for me very quickly and efficiently. Very friendly guys. Thank you for your fast help.

They were actually early for the appointment they made with me and got right to work locating my problem. The other companies wanted me to completely replace my system costing me thousands, and at 1st Johnny my tech from was thinking the same, until he dug a little deeper and found the actual problem, he ran out to his truck, grabbed a part and had my A/C running again in 30 minutes!! I got charged a service call and paid for the part.. I just love when people are honest business people which is why I'm leaving this review, and when my system does kick the bucket, you can be sure I will be calling them back again!
