Fantastic work and great job 👏 we love it.
Abbe and team were amazing! In my new home I had a huge job taking out old furnace, installing new one and new HVAC / central air. Abbe came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was responsive, on time, provided detailed in preparation of bid explaining all elements....work was completed in the exact timeframe he estimated and there were no surprises. He was attentive and followed up to ensure I was happy. He clearly takes pride in his work and the work of his team and it's well placed. Very happy.

Abbey came out and diagnosed the issues with our older heating unit. Did not try to yodel new unit. Took great care diagnosing the issues and getting parts to repair. Very thorough and caring. True professional in these times of limited customer service. Use Banner and Abbey every time!!
Banner Air Conditioning and Heating has been my go-to company for HVAC issues for many, many years. Abbey is wonderful, always responsive to my calls when my HVAC unit, installed in 1995, had maintenance issues. He is very helpful and has always responded to solve whatever heating or air conditioning problems I encountered. After 26 years it was time to replace my old unit and Abbey and Banner Air Conditioning & Heating came through in stellar fashion. He arranged to have a new, enlarged pad poured and then he and his staff were there when the crane lifted in the new Trane unit and removed the old unit. I cannot say enough about this company, they are professional, responsive and in my opinion very reasonable. In these times when I hear complaints and regrets from friends about their negative interaction with contractors, I would definitely recommend Abbey and his crew for any HVAC issues.
Abbey and his crew (Roni and Ramon) from Banner removed a 40-year-old system from our attic, along with all of the antiquated duct work, and installed a “complete” new Trane Air Conditioning/Heating System which included a 4-ton Air Handler, High Efficiency Coil, and Variable Speed Condenser along with completely new duct work and all necessary electrical and XL1050 Thermostats for both Downstairs and Upstairs Zones. They were, at all times, on-time, neat, courteous, and efficient. They answered any and all questions that I had along the way and, upon completion, put the system through a variety of tests to be sure that it would be working long after they had left. I could not be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade/replace their existing systems.

Abby and Banner did a perfect job for us. Completely removed our old garage system and ducting, replaced it with a new rooftop system and modern ducting. So much more efficient (instant heating or cooling of the house), evenly distributed, QUIET, and unobtrusive. At a very good price. We love what they did.
Abbey was wonderful to work with. He is courteous, professional and responsible. It' not unusual to run into problems during installation, but Abbey was steadfast in solving the problems with very little downtime. He will not leave you hanging with a problem. He is very patient and takes the time to explain the process, issues and how he plans on solving them.
Abbey (owner of Banner Heating & AC) had been providing excellent service to our heating and AC units for over 20 years. Upon deciding to replace both units, I solicited multiple bids. In light of his competitive pricing and history of excellent service, I chose Abbey to redesign & install our new HVAC system. I'm convinced I made the right decision as Abbey and his crew did an outstanding job. They were punctual, respectful of our home, responsive to questions, and completed the job on time. We're extremely satisfied with our new system & anticipate that the high quality, high efficiency Trane units that Abbey selected will both provide many years of reliable service and save us considerably on our power bills. Abbey is highly knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and invested in providing high quality work that will satisfy his customers. I recommend him highly.

We've used Abbey for seemingly forever for our home's a/c and heating needs. He is unfailingly honest, reliable, and skilled. If there are options -- replacing a furnace sooner, for instance, or a trade-off between a less expensive a/c unit that would be louder -- Abbey will run through everything with pros and cons. He has never steered us wrong. We schedule yearly maintenance for the heating and a/c, so that we can head off any potential problems. We recently built a guest house in our back yard. Abbey's bid for the a/c system was significantly higher than another vendors'; when we asked why Abbey wouldn't use the less powerful unit being proposed by the other company, he was polite but firm in saying that it wouldn't do the job. He will not compromise quality just in order to get your business. Abbey has also managed some less-than-common jobs for us. Haul away an old, leaking natural gas fueled a/c unit? No problem. You won't go wrong with Banner.
We received quotes from 3 companies listed on the Trane website as Authorized Trane Dealers. Banner's quote was not the lowest, nor was it the highest. But, it was within the range of what we were willing to pay for a new Forced Air Furnace and Air conditioner. It was a fair price for a Trane unit, which has repeatedly been in the top 3 manufacturers of furnaces and air conditioners in Consumer Reports over the past 5 years. Also, we were impressed by the fact that the owner of the Company is a Mechanical Engineer who explained in easy to understand terms for us how we would save money by getting a variable speed system rather than just a 2 speed system, and how quiet it would be. The foreman of the job had been working for him for 17 years, and the workers were all very efficient, clean, well-mannered, worked quickly and professionally. We are extremely pleased with the way the job went and how quietly our furnace is. The difference is amazing, and we highly recommend this company.
Banner has maintained and upgraded and my HVAC system for over 15 years. Abbe, their engineer, is an unfailing source of up-to-date information and a very nice man in the bargain. So glad to have them looking after my equiipment!
Abbey is the absolute BEST! He is quick, attentive, affordable and seriously one of the best people I’ve met in life to boot. Can’t ask for more than that. My heater broke in the middle of a terrible cold spell and he came and had it up and running immediately. Previous air trouble, looked at for a couple minutes and fixed. Absolutely amazing. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Look no further.
I'm so grateful to Abbey and his crew for correctly diagnosing all of the issues with our old, out-of-code HVAC system and fixing everything. He worked with us to get the best price despite how huge the problems were, and he was scrupulously honest from beginning to end. I loved the guys who came to do the work—they had a great sense of humor and a strong work ethic. I trust the high quality work Banner AC did for us, and I recommend them without reservation.
I have been using Abbey for all my A/C and heating needs for over 20 years and I will continue to in the future. Calls back within hours, comes out when I need him (even weekends), great guy, very low key, does amazing work, knows his stuff and I trust what he tells me.
