Finalmente decidí con mi esposa por una nueva instalación de aire acondicionado HVAC después de haver tenido unos estimados, nos decidimos por Pro Heating and Air por la amabilidad desde que hicimos la llamada y la atención y comunicación que proveyó el Tech Israel al informarnos de todos los detalles y beneficios que más nos convenían. En fin mi esposa y yo estamos muy satisfechos con la nueva instalación. gracias por la calidad les damos 10 estrellas por la comodidad de mi familia. Eso no tiene precio.

I use them at my rental property as well as at my home for AC repairs. Communication is very strong and thorough. Their service techs are knowledgeable and most importantly their pricing is very competitive and they never tried to install unnecessary parts or overcharge me. I had called another company two days prior and they got my AC going, but a day and a half later, no AC at all. When I called the company back they didn`t know when they could get back out or whether I would have to pay again or not. So I called Pro Heathing and Air in Van Nuys. They got out here within 30 minutes, the technican was very friendly and polite, very efficient and knowledgeable. I would use them again for future maintenance services and I`ll recomend their services with my friends and family.
Pro Heating and Air has installed and maintained our Hvac system over the years. We use their services for our home and our business place. We have Spring and fall maintenance every year. We have never had a bad experience with them. Every technician that has ever been here has been professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Great service. Highly recommended!

Great service from Pro Heating and Air. (After days of waiting for another company to even call me back to schedule an appointment.) I gave these guys a call, they came the same day. Israel was very knowledgeable, he took one look at it, immediately knew what the problem was and had my AC working in just about an hour. Recomiendo el servicio de Pro heating and Air.
