Nick at Kan service did a great job repairing my 18 yr old GE 48 " Monogram fridge . He was professional , fast and honest . He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me his honest opinion on what I should do if the repair didn't work . Although the repairs weren't cheap , mainly due to expensive parts , their pricing IS fair - I checked with GE - it was less than their quote . AND it was MUCH cheaper than having to buy a replacement fridge !! Thank you Nick and kan service!! I'm very satisfied with the job !
The customer service is outstanding and they were out here in one day both times I have needed them . If their quality technicians and honest , what more can you ask for ??? Give them a call !!!
Kan service was very quick to schedule a technician to come look at our dryer . They had to find the parts to do the repair but called and gave a quote the same day they came out to look at what was wrong ! They would have fixed it ASAP , but I was out of town for a few days . They came the very next day after I returned and fixed it ! Mike was very friendly , very fast , and kept the area very clean . Will definitely be using again in the future !

In the past , I was concerned about the quality of work . However , they were willing to call and make it right . I appreciate that they care about the quality of their business moving forward .
This is the second time I've used Kan service. They fixed the Bosch refrigerator and this time the Bosch microwave . Great job . I highly recommend this company . We had the same repair person both times and he is super and nice to deal with Nick .
I had a very good experience with this company and the technician who came out to fix our dryer . My call was answered right away and the technician came out that afternoon . After he got the part three days later he came out that afternoon to finish the job . The price was fair and the technician was very professional and efficient . I will be calling them again for my next repair job and will request Nick .

When I called they immediately call to look at my fridge I have a whirlpool so when he told me what was wrong which was motor they didnt have the part , so waited 2 days for the repair . When was fixed no problems after that . Just being honest labor is pricey but was fixed . I would recommend to others .

Came out right away , figured it out and came back the second day with the parts and 1 hour later done . Even thought it took a little longer he still charged the same . Did a great job and very happy with it . It was done in less time than others just to come out and look at it . highly recommend
Had an issue with our Samsung Dishwasher . Turned out it was a drainage pump . They were very professional . Kept in communication and did a very good job . Would recommend .

My refrigerator went out this holiday week .i called kan service . They arrived early the next morning and were able to fix my refrigerator . They had all the parts in the truck so no order delays . They saved my holiday week !!!! They are the best I have ever used .
called a couple other appliance repair shops , based on the code the Samsung stove was reading they suggested I call Kan Service . The repair man was out on time as appointed , order the parts he thought would be the first step instead of over charging for parts it may not need . Returned couple days later with the parts & within 15 mins my oven was back in business . Professional Experts , highly recommended .
I called and made an appointment for a service person to come out later in the week . The serviceman came out , made a quick assessment , and fixed our dryer all within 30 mins . The serviceman was nice and was wearing a mask the whole time . If I ever need repair for an appliance , I will call this business again .
Came two days after initial call to diagnose washer and dryer noise issues . Advised the washer wasn't worth fixing , but the dryer was an easy inexpensive repair . Back two days later with parts and fixed within an hour . Young , professional tech was great to work with from start to finish .
