Greg and his two coworkers came over to my house and were immediately respectful of my entire family. Right off the bat I knew these were the guys I wanted to replace my in-wall natural gas heater. They inspected the job have a great explanation of what was going on and a fair price. They’re licensed and insured and their work ethic clearly shows. The day of it was straight to work Greg and his guys didn’t waste anytime. Ice Age HVAC was quick, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful, and very professional. I highly recommend making Ice Age HVAC your first call. under you’ll see pictures of my old red tagged heating unit and how nice and clean the new one they put in is. Also it should be noted that they didn’t damage the wall at all
What an amazing company! I called Ice Age to repair my AC because it was continually tripping the breaker after a power outage. Dzmitry came out very quickly and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of a normal AC repair. He found the blown capacitor very fast, but when he replaced it and we turned the system back on, it blew the breaker AGAIN. Over and over. We could not get the system to stay on for more than 3 minutes. He spent a good hour on the roof in 104 degree heat, rechecking the system top to bottom, removing and replacing the capacitors, measuring the electrical currents, but we couldn't figure out why it was happening. He then came to check the breaker box, where we noted that breaker was getting warm. He checked the electrical current and found it to be normal. Back up to the roof. After another hour in the heat (and I kept offering water but he insisted he was fine) he came back down and took the panel off of the breaker box. He found that all the tripping had loosened a wire as well as shifted the breaker away from the connection so it was arcing. He tightened the wire, pushed everything back into place, and we tried again. Then he waited for 20 minutes as the AC ran to make sure the breaker would not trip again. I'm happy to say it's been running fine ever since. Thank you so much for Dzmitry's diligence and determination to fix it right.
I had a great experience with Ice Age HVAC. We called about our broken AC, and less than 48 hours later the issue was fixed. Highly recommend!
Greg and his team were professional, responsive, and VERY attentive to making sure the Air Conditioning unit I wanted installed was done right. He even saved me some money by using less material than I actually ordered - allowing me to return cables for money back! Great installation and friendly service. Highly recommend!
I don’t recommend them to any one if there 0 star for you guys I called them on the 6/5/21 they send Greg $65 charges for diagnostic he checked the Hvac his recommendation was replace the air filter/ Freon minimum of 2.5 - 3lb / install new capacitor total coast $500 this was all lie i said some thing wrong here I brought anther company so cal climate control free diagnostic Danny with one look he said to me there was a switch on the hvac up on the roof was off he put on it work cool air like crazy sorry Ice age hvac never have business with your company ever again mike and Greg zero trust

Gregory came out on a holiday and was very professional and accommodating to repair our AC. He quickly found the problem and repaired the system with an affordable solution to prevent the the issue from recurring. Great service.
Gregory came out and fixed our AC on the hottest day of the year. He knew exactly what the problem was, explained it clearly, fixed it quickly, and all for a fair price. I would recommend for maintenence and will use to install if I need a new AC unit.
