I had a major issue with my AC unit and contacted Highway HVAC Services & Remodeling Group for help. They were incredibly fast in getting a technician to me and the job was done within an hour! They really know their stuff when it comes to AC repair and their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable AC repair services.

I think this is an awful. From what it appears they exploit their employees. Eli the ow er comes across as a very insecure man who is money hungry and only cares about sales, not clients. Do not support shady companies like this.
I had a really good experience with these guys. They were on time with their appointment and completed the work efficiently. I would say they offer high-quality services and materials, at competitive rates. What I liked best about Highway is that there's no pressure to buy the most expensive product or service; Elad just advises what is appropriate for one's home and budget. This company for HVAC in Van Nuys gets five stars from me.

Highway Remodeling Group has done an amazing job on our house. We live in West Hollywood and bought our first house . Eli helped us make that house a place we now call home. He helped us with everything, from color choices to types of materials that would work best for us. He did our driveway, kitchen, bathrooms (3 of them), changed the floors, put in new windows and installed a new roof and gutters and lets not forget the painting (inside and out side) We highly recommend Highway remodeling Group to anyone that is looking for an honest company to deal with.
Got a nest installation which works great. However it is way over priced. Charged $390 for installation and maintenance.. grant it the maintenance was not complete. The server was very nice and helpful; however I was supposed to get a response from them regarding the unit and I haven't heard back for weeks. Would appreciate a partial refund.
David was terrific. He took the time to explain what was causing the problem. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and neat. He paid attention to details and he was very easy to work with. He had outstanding customer service skills. He come highly recommended.
This company sent David to me and worked with professional manners and solved problem, although it was last minute call I made.
The service tech was on time, respectful and knowledgeable. The cost was double what I was expecting but, since I didn’t ask for an estimate, had to pay. I recommend Highway for service, just make sure to ask for an estimate before the work is done. I have to amend this review. Highway sent me a check for $200 that they had overcharged me which was nice, but now the air conditioner doesn’t work at all. I am going to have to find a new HVAC company. I take back my recommendation of Highway.
Not only were they prompt, they addressed the issues I asked to be addressed. The technician gave me an actual quote on the spot instead of a we’ll see once we begin work runaround. I received a quote from another company that was 10x more for a system “overhaul” they insisted would be more appropriate even though all I needed was for the drainage line to be flushed and the refrigerant to be topped up. It’s hard to find transparent and competent contractors like Highway HVAC. Finally a HVAC technician I can recommend.
Showed up on time gave me competitive price quote. Completed the work in a neat and timely fashion.

The repair man from Highway HVAC, Eli, was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly as well. I was very happy with the service I received. I was in a position where I was going to have to wait a couple of days for my normal provider but Highway HVAC came by right away and I really appreciate it.
