Great customer service!! I was very pleased with the information shared about my unit. Adrian was very knowledgeable and caring with details on how to make good use of my AC for now and the future. He explained everything step by step, which I appreciated. His understanding of my unit and professionalism was the best. Thank you AZ🙂
He is a good technician, very professional, and he speak Spanish , Is it easier for me to communicate with him . In general, I like the company ,I think provide good service.
Byron and his crew replaced our entire HVAC system. They took care to protect our home and cleaned everything before they left. Their workmanship is excellent.

There have been many problems with my new HVAC, though I will say that AZ has been responsive and immediate to remedy, which is impressive. Eric is consistently responsive and attempts to work out the issue. He’s a pleasure to deal with when you are frustrated that things aren’t working properly.
Nino is quite competent. He performed the annual maintenance quickly. He made some helpful suggestions concerning my unit and how to prolong its life expectancy. Highly recommend
It was time for my annual inspection to maintain my AC system warranty. AZ was great. They give me my reminder call and make sure I keep the system running. Their tech was on time (early even) and called to make sure I was home and ready. He was polite, professional and efficient. He showed me everything he tested and explained what I didn't understand. All around, a good experience. I will continue to use them as they installed the original system that I bought from Costco. Tony was a polite young man who explained things as he checked them. I appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism. AZ made a great hire decision with this guy! Thanks Tony and thanks AZ! Time to go sit in the cool!
David was thoroughly with what systems they had then showed pictures of how it would look and were vents would be installed.Manuel and his crew work straight thru a eight hours day to get the system installed and running.I am very happy so far.

Tech Samuel R did a great job taking care of our system. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. And, he was on time.
Samuel was very professional, kind and very neat. He explained everything that he was doing, had pictures and videos. He had really great recommendations. He is very very good and super personable and very nice. I would highly recommend Samuel. He didn’t try to sell me a lot of stuff. Honest and to the point. He was awesome!!

Nino was great, super nice and detailed. We had in abnormal heating and cooling system and he worked through the whole thing. Great job!

All the folks at AZ Conditioning and Heating did a great job for us. From client interface as we planned - and we asked a boat load of questions, to day of install, all work was carried out with the professionalism one would want from a HVAC company. I especially liked how transparent and thorough the bid and the work was done.
Gabriel did an amazing job installing our new water softener system. He was professional, kind, and left everything clean and neat. Also took the time to explain the system to us. Great guy!! Our consultant John Guerra was also extremely professional. He was very thorough and patient with us, explaining what we needed and could expect from the system. The warranty and life expectancy of the water softer is over the top. The entire experience was very a great one!!!
