Bryant came right away. He was so helpful and generous with his time. He explained the issue with our system and told us how to maintain it. He showed us how to clean the system as well. He is a kind and knowledgeable technician who has serviced our unit for years. I recommend this company and Bryant!

My husband and I have used Air Flow twice a year for our AC maintenance since 1996, when we bought our little house in Valley Glen (they were recommended by the previous owner). They were called EJ Service then, and Valley Glen was called Van Nuys. Since then, the little trees have grown big, and we’ve seen a lot of kids grow up who have their own kids now. I am happy to say that EJ/Air Flow is still a great company to work with and the HVAC they put on our roof in 2002 still works just fine due to their regular maintenance. These are nice people, and I highly recommend them!
We have had Air Flow service, our air-conditioning and heating for many years. They come semi annually and are always prompt and clean the filters and check that the systems are operating well. We are pleased with their service, they are very clean and always leave the house in an orderly fashion, as if they were never here. Our systems work well, and we highly recommend them.

I been using Airflow for over 30 years in my home and Business. Ofra and the crew are always very courteous and accommodating. They were at my office last week, for regular maintenance for my 3 A/C. As usual came on time of the appointment, uniform and professional . he work on all 3 unit for 3 hours, and left my place cleaner then it was before he came. I used them at my home few month back, same thing, on time, clean and professional. Airflow is my go to evetime i have issue with my A/C, heating...
I have used Airflow and EJ Service Air Conditioning for the last time. I hired them to provide maintenance on my a/c unit which has proven to be a total waste of time and money as they don't really check for anything that is essential. They basically charge to replace your filters twice a year. I recently had a HUGE problem and had another company check as things weren't working properly. Apparently, there was a slew of issues that I never knew about that caused extensive damage to my house. They were out to service my unit just a few weeks before my ceiling collapsed due to the slow leak that saturated the beams in the ceiling and never told me that anything was wrong. I spent $35,000 to replace the a/c unit and all the damage that was caused due to their negligence.
UPDATE SEPT 2022: Just cruised through the hot weeks like a champ. In years past we would've had to sleep downstairs because upstairs wouldn't have been cool enough. Not anymore! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Let me save you some time: trust Gabriel and you will never look back. Not that the other guys who came out and gave me quotes were bad(well maybe one guy had a weird take), but Gabriel was the only one of five who took the time to get an idea of what my house needed- not just looking to replace what I already had(which was a kind of a hodge podge of years of adding onto a poor system). He suggested and implemented a system that would not only be energy efficient and well matched to the needs of my multi story house, but one that would work for how we lived. He was the only one to suggest a heat pump(which is very efficient and forward thinking as well as climate friendly which is what I had installed). He put in two zones so that the correct temperature would follow us around the house and not waste energy heating/ cooling empty rooms. I haven't had the system long enough to know how it will perform during those weeks of 100 plus degrees but so far it is obvious(based on the incredible airflow. Hence the company name?) that we will finally be able to go to our bedroom (top floor) at night when the heat has been raging all day. Alfredo and Allan did an excellent job on the installation and my contact person Rommel in the office was timely in returning my emails and setting up the various schedules, inspections, tests and asbestos removal. The guys showed up when they were due and finished promptly within the time I was told it would take- no mis-judgment because of inexperience or unforeseen problems . The price was also the same before we started as it was after the job was over- no additional charges for things they had forgotten or hadn't seen. Professional. Honest. My bid included two thermostats but I ended up re-using my one smart thermostat and buying another one
These guys are so good. If you're in need of AC/Heat repair or replacement, I would highly recommend them. They were honest, straightforward and enjoyable to work with. It's hard to find knowledgeable and trustworthy vendors. In me, they've got a customer for life.
I've been working with Airflow / EJ for the past 12 years and am very happy to recommend them for air conditioning repair and maintenance. The owners are really nice to work with and the technicians have all been top notch. I had a clog in my condenser line and they replaced it. So interesting to see how just the water running through the lines gets affected by small dirt or metal particles over time. Regular maintenance really does work! :)
Amazing! Trustworthy and very knowledgeable professional. I was in a rut with my AC/Heating unit. I called 4 different companies for estimates. One company offered $80 just to come up for an estimate. So, four of the other company wanted to replace the whole unit. Which included the 5 ton Condenser, Furnace, and a crane to lift the unit. So I was looking at an estimate of $5000 - $7300. I was lucky enough to call Airflow Air conditioning and Heating. The next day Gabriel came up to do an estimate (FOR FREE). He was kind, sincere, and patient. He asked what was going on. He then checked my system and then my thermostat and filter. After he replaced my thermostat and filter, everything was working correctly. (saved me thousands of dollars) I feel happy with the ethics and honesty of this company. I highly recommend you the service they provide! I will always call them first if something comes up.

made appointment. technician was nice enough. needed a second appt for repair work. no one showed, no one called. i called and was told they didn't have the part. completely wasted my time.
These guys are the best! At the end of a long, sweltering day in the San Fernando Valley, after working all day at other jobs, Francisco and his son, also Francisco, came to our house at 9:00 pm and fixed our air conditioner. The had to replace the motor - and they had one on the truck - and then they unclogged the drain, and, presto! cold air! They stayed until a little after 11, making sure that the job was completed and that everything worked. They were friendly, upbeat, and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
