We had an excellent experience with Air Products in June 2021. We needed a complete overhaul of our HVAC system and ductwork which required replacing the air handler in the attic, the HVAC unit outside and all the ductwork upstairs— from our initial inquiry to the completion of installation, the entire team at Air Products impressed us with their professionalism, expertise and high quality of work. Highly recommend!
Today’s it’s 100 degrees and I can’t tell you that I appreciate John, Francine and Elizabeth so so much! What I loved is the honesty. There was no run around on the price. I was going back and forth with another company that was going to charge me double the price and said “ if they could fix “ I gave them a try and John came and knew the problem and the girls are super attentive! Elizabeth told me the real deal on costs and repair and Francine knew who to send out! In one day! After going back in forth the another company for 8 days !!!! I had air! One day! No run around! The price was the price they came on time done! My customers and myself can’t thank them enough !!! Especially today!!! Thank you guys !

Each person I interacted with at Air Products was great and very professional. There was a small "snag" in the installation of our system in that the piece sent from the factory was defective. The chief installation engineer went out of his way to personally obtain a replacement piece and get it installed in my home as soon as possible, all with his apologies. I would HIGHLY recommend Air Products. They are on time, finish on time, and clean up after themselves. Nice people who do a great job.
I bought my old house with an old 30 yr old air conditioner . The AC finally gave out in the beginning of the hot hot summer. Air products came out and assessed the unit, found the problem and instead of pushing me to buy a new one (especially during COVID when finances are tight) they spent 4 1/2 hours fixing a pipe making it work like new again and also saving me thousands of dollars! Showed up on time and was nothing but kind and professional! I'm so incredibly glad I found this company. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

We just had a technician, John, out to do an annual service on our AC unit and also install a smart thermostat. Liz in the office was super helpful in getting me an appointment within two days of me calling. The technician was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. There was some weird wiring going on with the thermostat and he was able to troubleshoot and fix it quickly. Would definitely recommend their services and we will be using them for all of our future needs.

Air Products did not rush through their job of conditioning ou r air conditioner for the summer. They took their time and explained all the things that they did for us. They even cleaned up our attic a little around our air conditioner. We felt that they were thorough and we will definitely use them again.
My wife and I have used them before and will continue doing so. We are SO impressed by the technicians that come out.
