Ray did an excellent job..he replaced the motor, cleaned coils and replaced filters. I have been in my unit 3 years and I have never felt my air like this. It was 93 degrees in my unit when the motor caught fire and burned out. I didn't know my unit was supposed to pump out air like this. I have been using five fans with my old unit just to maintain 75 degrees. I don't need those fans now. Thank you so much!
Hands down the best coolest most professional guy I've ever dealt with!! Thank you so much Ray.. the first time ever that I met this person and he made me so comfortable literally he became my friend within 30 minutes!! needless to say all the problems I've had all gone with my system!! Ray is amazing. He was on time, quickly located the issue and repaired, all under an hour. He was professional, kind and honest. I wish their were more businesses like his.
I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this company. There are a few areas in life where having "a friend in the business" is invaluable. One is a car mechanic, another is a jeweler, and the third is an HVAC repairman. I was referred to Ray Cox by a friend who manages apartment buildings. Even though Ray Cox can handle big jobs like that, he's also willing to work on single-family homes like mine. Ray and his team are not only experienced, they know where to spend time and money efficiently. I've had other experiences with bigger companies who literally tried to gouge me with unnecessary repairs and replacements. Ray Cox is the friend you want in your corner when your air conditioning or heating is giving you problems. Why are you still reading this? Call him already.

Had Mr. Cox and his crew do some repairs for my and my home. The level of expertise is fantastic. I had 3 other bids and they all were fair in price, but the job description required custom work. Ray Cox A/C inc. did the job right the first time and when I needed adjustments after the install, He was right on it. Great service, Great install crew, and great communication.
I met ray luckily 5 years ago when I bought my condo through my Realitor. The hvac unit is a little older and he’s maintained it perfectly. Recently had an ac emergency and he was here 1st thing in the am , turned out to be my electric panel and he fixed it on the spot. I strongly recommend Ray and his AIr Conditioning company if you want an honest and reliable guy at your service.
Great company! Very professional and knowledgeable. Family owned and operated. Fairly priced, got few quotes and the beat their price. They installed Goodman 16 SEER equipment are we very happy with the performance and efficiency! Highly recommend using Ray Cox A/C Inc.
Please see the disgusting photos attached. This is how Ray Cox "cleaned" (small shop vac) and then sealed air ducts from a furnace for my landlord/property management company. Their employee promised that they would do a great job and make sure all ducts were clean before they sealed them and turned on the air. (Ducts had not been cleaned for at least 10 years before they sealed them up today with all this dirt in them) To Ray Cox Owner: It was absolutely your company employees who were here. Not sure how anyone in your business could think this is acceptable. Please see email from Clint Lukens Property management company telling me when your two employees would be at my apartment. "Kind reminder Ray Cox heating and air will need to return to complete AC repairs.Service is scheduled for Monday May 20th between 9-10 am."
