Prompt communication, fixed rates, great work. We had them replace a kitchen sink faucet with one of our choice. They did all the work, cleaned the area, fixed a leak we didn't know about, and reapply silicone. I highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend this business as they are highly professional, personable and was at our house for an emergency plumbing issue within the hour AND gave us a follow up call to see how things were working. i had my water heater replaced and the job was great. They came at 3.30pm as they said and where done by 6.30pm great tech and great work and cheap.
They were fantastic!!! our technician was one of the best service guys we've ever had. The water heater broke in the morning and it was fixed that afternoon. He was informative, very friendly, neat and tidy. I would highly recommend them.

I was looking for quotes to flush my water heater. I didn't actually have West Coast Solar & Water Heater Repair Orange come out, but when I asked for quotes, they were the only company that told me that it's a pretty simple process that I could probably do myself. To me, that was an indication that they wouldn't charge me for unnecessary service and I really appreciated that!
Water heater started leaking and called for an appointment to get it installed the next day. He came and did an amazing job with the replacement.
