Our AC was leaking water into a wall in our home, so we called Integrity after recommendations from several friends on the great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. Chris did an amazing job figuring out the problem quickly, and then explained the best options to us with prices for each one. He was wonderful to work with - very professional, thorough, and extremely nice! He fixed the leak in no time, and then picked up and installed the filter that desperately needed replacing. Then he used a hand vac to clean up the dust, dirt and hair that was behind the main vent and cleaned up the water mess in the wall as well, which was totally above and beyond our expectations. Usually technicians come in and leave a bigger mess, but this is five-star service. Definitely call Integrity and ask for Chris if you need any HVAC services!
Had a whole house fan and an attic fan installed. Andrew was professional and the installation went as expected. I would recommend this company for anyone needing H/C installation or maintenance. They even left our floors cleaner than they found it. Great company
Chris (technician) showed up on time and proceeded to troubleshoot the system, found the problem and fixed it .Then tested, reassembled the unit . All with a pleasant attitude and work ethic.

We’ve had an A/C problem for years. Our 4 ton unit would freeze over. The only solution from other A/C companies was to just add more freon. Michael Di Nallo with Integrity was the only one to take the time to actually figure out the problem. I am so glad I called them. They saved me thousands.
From the initial call in speaking to D (spelt with only a D rapper style) to Mike coming to my home to inspect and figure out where the water leak was coming from it has been top level customer service. This does not surprise me as I have had Kenny install AC and heating units in both my properties because he is a fantastic person and business man. Always fair and honest which is what we all want to deal with or should anyway. It did not turn out in my favor with regard to what I thought was going on but Mike was so respectful and patient in showing me exactly what was going on, viewing evening with explanation. WOW Kenny has been blessed with staff that mirror his excellence! I would recommend them for any of your AC and Heating needs. Oh did I mention not only did Mike sweep up and clean up every speck he also broke down two boxes I had in front of my house to take to trash cans. Service above and beyond, so far so good!! Justin is one of the best OWNERS!!! In the business very serious about his customers he got to our house in 30 mins from when I made the call to his office THE Best price in town He fixed the issue with the A.C. in minutes what would have cost $800 from another company he charged $300 and was super understanding about the unit this company is the best at this in the Santa Clarita valley call them first and I guarantee you will be happy with the service!!!!

This is a review of SCV CLIMATE PROS, INC – not on the service or workmanship- but on the CHARACTER of the owner and employees of SCV CLIMATE PROS. Often times a business relation works well, but then when difficulties or disagreements arise, that’s when the TRUE CHARACTER of someone is displayed. I’d like to make future customers aware of what they could have to deal with. And again, this is not a direct comment on the product of SCV CLIMATE PROS, but how they could deal with customers in a situation in which problems arise and when SCV CLIMATE PROS is responsible. When I was driving home the other day, a lunch pail lid flew out of a SCV CLIMATE PROS truck and struck my vehicle, causing? Several hundred dollars? In damage. I contacted the businesses and the answering service took my call and was told I would be contacted the next business day. I was not contacted. I made several follow-up phone calls over the next 10 days, and finally was able to speak with the business owner. After discussing the accident, the business owner confirmed the incident with her driver and indicated she would get back to me on the issue. After 2 days, she did not contact me. Additionally, there was no response to the emails I sent. I really felt I was being ignored. I had to pay out of pocket to make the repairs caused by an employee of SCV CLIMATE PROS. Additionally, I had to rent a car. Meanwhile, I have had no contact whatsoever from SCV CLIMATE PROS on the issue that they knew occurred and their employee was responsible for. This has been so frustrating for me and a huge inconvenience. Not only did I have to pay for the repairs that were caused by SCV CLIMATE PROS employee negligence, but the time it took to email, make phone calls and rent a car. I would hate to see what their service is really like when a real customer is in need of service or an emergency for that matter. If they will treat me like this, how will they treat you? In my opinion, definitely do not g
I would give them negative stars if I could. Incredibly unprofessional. They never showed up (3 hour window), nor did they call to say they would be running late/needed to reschedule. I also called their dispatch, informed them what occurred, and was told they would see where the team was and call me back with an update. No phone call back. Super Lame.
Denny showed up on time, was courteous and friendly. He was very careful with our furnishings, and made sure not to track dirt and debris out of the attic when he was finished with the job. It was a simple job, and he was in and out in no time. Pricing was very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate to call SCV Climate Pros again in the future. This is everything you should come to expect from a business, and they delivered.
Tim was very helpful, courteous, and prompt. He got our heater working and we had a great experience! We will definitely call them again if we have AC/Heating problems.
Called because my heater went out last week. I called and the young lady who answered the phone was very sweet, listened to my problems and was understanding. She scheduled my appointment and have me a time frame between 4-6pm. Tim came out at exactly 4pm took a look at my heater and gave me a quote for some repairs needed and also got it up and running again, but was honest with pricing and telling me what the problems were. He was sweet and let my twins watch as he checked things out (our little guys are very curious). Once the time is right I will definitely be calling them back out to do the rest of the repairs.
