Had our old gas water heater replaced by Daniel in San Diego. Daniel was knowledgeable and professional. He has great customer service and left the area clean.

Called them at 10am and Lee was here by 1:30pm to access the situation. We got a great price for what we needed. Daniel came out to perform the installation of the water heater. He was very respectful of the business and our space. Daniel kept us informed every step of the way. He was very friendly but very professional at the same time. In the future if we need work done here at the business I would not hesitate to ask for Daniel again. Thanks again for the fast and friendly service.
I'll update later if we pass inspection but a lot changed from the first boiler being put in. The wrong boiler was put in (a propane one not natural gas). The connection to the gas mains uses connections that should never be used together and caused a gas leak. Castleworks sent someone round and said there was no leak and this second person also didnt spot any issues. I called PGE and they spotted the leak and disconnected the unit saying it was too dangerous. Castleworks sent a third person round who replaced the boiler and connector then also told me it needed more work to pass inspection including better wall anchoring and grounding. I had the air heating unit go around the same time and they sorted all the permitting including scheduling it and being there when the inspector came. I still dont have an inspection scheduled for the boiler. I'll include my original comment even though its not valid anymore. ---original outdated comment--- Our old water heater died and castleworks was able to quickly come out and replace it. He talked me through what had happened, the options we had and was able to replace the heater right then. During the replacement there was a small issue with an old leaking tap which they showed me, explained what was needed and fixed right then. All resolved and we had hot water again plus a new heater, which we should have got sooner anyway. Thank you

I noticed a leak on our fairly recently purchased water heater on Monday, call the office and they were able to set me up with an appointment for Wednesday. Mario was very efficient in doing his job and pleasant to deal with.
Called at 8am with no hot water. They came this afternoon and had us back up by 6:30pm. The service tech was quick clean and explained my options clearly.
Was very happy, and satisfied with Castleworks. Mario was on time, and explained the procedure, and price. Moises Chapa did the installation he is very efficient, and extremely Professional as Mario. Lee came out just 4 hours after our request for service for a leaking water heater. This really impressed us as it was getting late in the day. He was cheerful, professional knowledgeable and showed great integrity. He got the job done on time and cleaned up afterwards. I couldn't have asked for better service and will definitely be using him again for any future plumbing needs.

Daniel and Lee were very professional, explained the process of repair, left the area clean and installed the missing pvc needed to have water heater up to code. Definitely recommend them.
Gerardo O, was my technician not once but twice and he will be coming out again for a third time, he has done an amazing job not only is he very efficient on time professional, but he also explains and shows me the part what's wrong and what I need which is very helpful when ordering this part that he will be installing It makes it easier for me to understand what's going on with my water heater. He's prompt very respectful... I'm not sure what other services their company provides but he is working on my water heater I have to be moved in within days I got sent the wrong part not on his end not his fault It was through a different company and he felt so bad for me and my husband because he knows we need hot water so his empathy his kindness is amazing..he even went into his truck to see if he had another part to hold me over until the next one came in, I look forward to working with him again Your company is amazing even the scheduling department is great they're very kind and they give you a reminder the day before Thank you so much for making this process so easy on me I had no clue what I was doing but your company and your technician made this effortlessly. Andres was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand too. He was super nice, efficient and finished swapping out my water heater in no time! He even waited a bit after installing it to make sure the tank filled properly and we got hot water to all our facets! He's a really great guy and honestly deserves a raise 👏
