Justin came out to repair the A/C unit for my office. He was quick to come out, diagnose the problem, and do the repair. Will definitely use Renner Heating & Air for all my future heating and air needs.
Just like last time. Justin was a breath of fresh air. He was quick to solve the problem with my A/C. He was quick to find out why my compressor wasn't working . The problem was simple and the cost was very little to repair. He is well informed about what he does and honest about opinions for repair. I will use him again and recommend him to everyone I know.
I can’t say enough great things about Justin Renner and his crew. I had recently moved into a new house and discovered the AC was shot (a very old unit). Justin came to my house and clearly explained different options, cost, ROI, financing options, etc. It took me several weeks to decide what I wanted but Justin gave me the space to do that and was always available for follow up questions. He was always patient, personable and knowledgeable.. The new unit was installed professionally and quickly. Justin kept me abreast of things as the process unfolded. He and his team were respectful and polite and, in a number of ways, went the extra mile. We’re extremely pleased with our new HVAC system which we depended on recently during NorCal’s first major heatwave of the summer. Would I use Renner Heating and AC again? Absolutely!

Justin and his crew installed a completely new HVAC system at my house, ductwork and all. The workmanship is absolutely top notch! I am a construction inspector and know good work when I see it, and their work is At. They took the time to go over every single detail, and made some amazing suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. I knew my AC unit was undersized and never cooled very well, so I needed some pros to come in and fix what the builders had done. Now, it's sized correctly and even looks amazing! I can not stress enough how professional Renner Heating & Air is and how good they are at their craft. I almost paid double the price from a different local company (for less work), and there is no way they would've done a better job or communicated with me like Renner did. So if you are on the fence about who to choose, don't be. Renner's Better.

I posted on Facebook I needed an Hvac company asap as my air was not working and we had been sitting in 85+ degrees the last two days. Today was his day off but within 2 hours he was here working on my unit. He was prompt and friendly. He found out it was the condenser and was able to repair the unit in under 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. We got lucky because if it had been a crazy cost we would have had to wait. He also checked our filters. We saved his info to use him in the future. Thank you again!
Great people with expertise! Quick on the job with a great AC tune up/maintenance and filter replacement. They also diagnosed and confirmed a damper issue that was suspected! Trustworthy company and people!
We needed a new HAV system and had research several companies. After meeting with Justin from Renner Heat and Air Company , we need we could trust their work and service. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a company! From the moment I called Justin (who answered right away) to the last day when installation was complete, I did not have one single issue or complaint. Service was fast, efficient, professional and reasonable. Lastly, one of my concerns was that it would be messy and dirty. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy my home was left. I highly recommend Renner to anyone!!! Great job!!!!

Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. He was able to come out, with short notice, and repair my heating system. He also detected gas leaking from improperly installed fittings and remedied the problem. He was able to set me up for regular maintenance appointments. I highly recommend Justin for all your heating/air conditioner needs.
Called Renner heating and air Conditioning at 7:00 am and had appointment at 11:00 am that same morning. Very knowledgeable about equipment and Informative about job. Great experience.
Justin did a great job. He does quality work and is very professional. He installed a ductless heat pump system and it is amazing. Renner is a great HVAC company that I will definitely call again. If your looking for quality and a great price call Renner.

Just had heater/AC installed in Dec 2022. Highly recommend. We had taken 3 bids all very professional. We now have more knowledge than we thought we would ever have. We couldn't be more satisfied from the service Renner provided. Extremely thorough, has great ratings, knowledgeable and very professional. Justin is a positive person who looked at our house as though it was his own. He asked us questions as what we were looking for and provided information and choices of what he thought were best, and allowed us time to choose and ask questions. He was very patient with us as we took a couple of weeks to decide which system to use and had plenty of questions. He never pushed his service. He didn't charge for estimate. We had a very good feeling about Justin from the beginning and felt he was an honest person. We were not disappointed with our choice or his service
