Hottest day of the year so far and our thermostat stops working. I call the Austin’s Air Conditioning & Heating and their excellent staff arranges for same day service. They sent Victor who quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the thermostat. He then programed and tested the system and inspected the HVAC before leaving. To my great surprise it was under warranty and there was no charge for the visit or the parts. This is a great company to work with. They truly care for their customers and their reputation.
I had the team at Austin, heating and air come out to clean the ducts in my house. My husband and son both have allergies, as well as asthma that have gotten worse over the years. So I thought this might be helpful for them both. What I didn't expect was the fact that our downstairs is warmer than ever! 🙌🏻 We have lived in this house for seven years and have continuously tried to keep the downstairs area warm in the winter. We have vaulted ceilings so I attributed our problem to that. in the process of them cleaning the ducts, they also serviced the furnace. Walking down stairs this morning it wasn't freezing. We weren't hit with a blast of cold air. For context, it was also 32 degrees outside. I’m thrilled with the results to say the least!
Great company. Diego just did my winter maintenance on my HVAC system. He helped me make sure my nest thermostat was working correctly. Great team member for the company. Highly recommend. They offer a twice yearly maintenance at a reasonable price.
