They kept changing the times for my appointment. Then called a third time to say they couldn't come at all

Same day plumbing.... Not available for 3 days. Edit--- this review was done for a company called "same day plumbing" . My guess is they changed their name. Have used Peter Levi and they are very responsive, but also very expensive. Ended up doing a couple of repairs myself after getting their estimates. I'm not a plumber, just did some self education and saved thousands.
Last Saturday I had a clogged main drain, Sabrina and Kellen were both professional and courteous to my immediate needs. Very upfront and quick with scheduling and response to my needs. Definitely would suggest P. Levi Plumbing to anyone in future.
Cash the repairman was Excellent , he came out to fix what last repairman missed and messed up. He is so kind and professional. I will definitely ALWAYS ask for Cash to come out for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Cash and same day plumbing.
Discovered some water under my kitchen sink over the weekend. Called Same Day Service on Monday and Bill was here Tuesday. Bill arrived on-time and was very professional. Bill diagnosed the issue quickly (leaking garbage disposal) and provided me three cost estimates for different types of disposals. No pressure and was very knowledgable about the products. Once I made my decision, Bill quickly replaced the garbage disposal and was on his way. I have used Same Day Service for over 10 years, their employees are the cream of the crop and never disappoint.
Got a coupon in the mail for a $49 AC tune up. I called to setup a appointment, expecting a week wait o even longer, i got a next day appointment. Jose the technician who came out, was really awesome, he called about 30 minutes before he showed up, he checked everything from Freon levels to the coils. He told me since my unit is quite old, and it has been 3+ years since the last service that it had a few issues with it. He explained them all in a way that it was easy to understand, basically told me a new unit is highly recommended since mine is getting close to the end of it's service life. Jose told me that since winter is only a couple of months away that it may be more financially smart to wait til next year to replace it. i highly recommend Same Day, be sure to ask for Jose, he wont steer you wrong.
Giving 5 stars and a shout out to Roger who came and cleared our clogged drain. He called and gave us a 30 minute heads up and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was polite and quickly and thoughtfully diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed Same Day Service and they delivered! Thanks again Roger!

Jimmy Stewart did a great job with the quote for the shower. When my cat got into the crawl space accidentally he went down again and helped rescue her! Thanks Jimmy for going above and beyond. He even got video of the leak. Excellent customer service.
I've done business with Same Day Service on and off for years. Recently we had an urgent plumbing problem and they came out, did a quick inspection, and said there was nothing wrong. Two months later, we had the same problem. I spoke with a rude receptionist who wanted me to pay for them to come out again to look at it again. I asked why I should pay them to look at the same problem they didn't diagnosis and fix the first time? She spoke to the manager and he insisted that I pay the inspection fee by credit card over the phone before they would come out. I found this insulting! This is the last time I will use Same Day Service. They were never very good a plumbing fixes but they're even worse at customer service.
We love Same Day Service! They are reliable, thorough and great to work with. We highly recommend them.
RIP OFF AND RUDE. They want $1200 to hydrojet our sewer line (short and easy to access line). Express Sewer & Drain will do it for $350. I am NOT connected with either company at all. I had Same Day out to clean our drain. I asked to have the root cutter attachment used. The technician agreed. Two days later our line was clogged again. Obviously the root cutter was not used. I called and raised this problem with the office manager, she was rude and unhelpful. I repeatedly asked why the cutter was not used and she had no answer. That is just her policy. She wants $1200 to hydro-jet the line. Or $10,000 to replace it. Price seems quite ridiculous. I started doing an internet search and quickly found Express Sewer & Drain which charges $350 per hour for hydro-jetting the line. I rate Same Day as very poor, rip-off service.
I experienced a sewer clog that shut down my two toilets, a shower and a bath tub on a Sunday afternoon. I called Same Day Service and made an appointment for the following Monday morning. Bill, the Same Day Service representative, called to let me know that he was on his way and arrived in a timely manner. He started to look for the sewer clean-out in the front of the house. In all honesty, I had no idea where this access was located (even after living in the house for more than 24 years), and he searched until he found it under a few inches of dirt just outside the front bedroom. He quickly opened the clean-out and used a tool to flush out the clog. Everything worked immediately afterward, and Bill wrapped up the paperwork and explained what I needed to do to prevent future clogs. He was professional and personable which made the situation so much less alarming. I highly recommend this plumbing service (and Bill in particular) for similar plumbing problems.
We had a leak on our water heater, and the plumber came advising to close the water valve for the entire house on a 'Friday', turns out he was only the salesman, and the real plumber came until monday with the new Water Heater from 'their' inventory. Because it was an urgency they waive our service cancellation option. They charged 3 times more than other services (we inquired during the weekend) and they didn't do it well, they had to come back a week after to amend the job. If you care about your money don't call them.

Corky is always on spot, always pleasant. Corky always thoroughly explains the causes of the issue, estimate of charges. He always cleans up after. I always ask for Corky if he is available since he is familiar with the old plumbing of this 100 year old plus home. I would highly recommend Corky to anyone.
