Kolby came to our home today on a national holiday and not only provided fantastic personable service to get out old cooling system back up and running for us in a heat emergency, but he also spent the time putting together and explaining a quote for us about a system upgrade we’d been considering for some time. All during a holiday and because we needed it and it helped us today! When everyone else wants to stay home Kolby was here taking care of us and our home. My AC went out and called Cozy Home Services. They were so helpful and sent a tech out within a half hour. My tech Colby was very professional and explain throughly what was needed to get it fixed. He got my AC up and running in no time! Very affordable and will be my GO TOO!! Highly recommend!!
From the time of call to employee reaching the home was less than two hours. Technician was professional, polite, straight forward, and provided options.
I definitely recommend Cozy Home Services. Of course as the temperatures rise, my A/C decided not to work. I called after hours and received a call first thing the next morning and Jeff came out that afternoon. He was extremely helpful and informative. Fixed my system and even my door :). Jeff was great when he came out to do an AC maintenance check. He thoroughly checked everything out, fully explained the issues and solutions. I was also able to get an appointment the very next day from calling to schedule. I highly recommend this company.

Cozy Home Services was excellent! Technicians to Installers were all very polite and professional. The Office Staff and Scheduler are also very friendly and extremely helpful. Our entire experience was easy and enjoyable. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
They arranged a visit on a timely basis. The online and cellular communication was very good.. The technition was knowledgeable, polite, and helped explain repairs. He had the needed repair items on his truck so completed the work within 1 1/2 hrs.
The air handler (for a ducted system) was noisy from the initial installation. Jeff recognized the fan was making more noise than it should. When he removed the cover he located a piece of tape (likely from packing material) hidden in the fan area. In addition he noted that the filter in the air intake plenum was not necessary. The unit is much quieter. Because the fan is no longer obstructed and the motor does not need to work as hard to pull air.
Where to start, I had another company out and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my system , Called Cozy Home Services Jeff was the technician that came out. He arrived on time and he found the problem within 15 minutes. He provided multiple option. We decided that my 24 year old system was not worth repairing. Jeff suggested going with a heat pump since I have solar and I’m glad I went for it. Jeff was is an expert he answered all my questions made it extremely easy in purchasing a new system. Now I have an energy efficient system and no longer have to use gas to heat my home. Thank You Cozy Home Service !

Installers were polite, professional, and respectful of property. Entire job completed in a day, equipment operation explained, and minor issues resolved. All in all, very good experience and job well done!
I used Cozy Home Service for an AC install on my rental property and was impressed with the service provided by the Lead Technician Kolby. He's an honest guy and I didn't feel he was trying to up-sell me product or service. Definitely will be using Cozy again for my Furnace and AC maintenance or installation.
Colby was great. Super professional, explained everything and broke down all the money pieces and also explaining the why's of things. I know what I need and who I'll be calling back. Bonus, dude is a San Jose Sharks fan and we had a great chat about hockey, which could have gone all day, but alas, work calls. Thanks again ! Look forward to working together in the future.
