The AC of my house failed due to the coil leaking. Alamo responded quickly after I called them. The diagnostic is precise and the fix is of good quality.
Great service! My AC went out during a heat wave and Alamo Heating and Cooling came out early the same day, 3 hours before the estimated time of arrival. Jose Alamo kept me informed every step of the way with what repairs were taking place, he was very efficient and knowledgeable, and also made it a point to follow-up after the service to make sure everything was still working properly. My AC was back up and running same day which is rare to find now days. I will definitely be using this company again in the future and also referring them to anyone who has heating and cooling issues.

Called at 5:30am, and they answered the phone professionally and came same day! Jose was very friendly, introduced himself, and was very knowledgeable. Fixed the system very quickly and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend this company! Amazing service!
They were punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. I had called to have my Hvac serviced and asked some questions regarding separating my a/c to top and bottom floors..They took a look and gave me some info/price all reasonable. We set up an appt and they came and did the work. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. I will diffently use them again.
Honest Honest Honest!! Sergio gave me same day service and repair. I called him in the morning he came to my home in the afternoon and had me up and running for a reasonable price. Didn’t try and charge me for things I didn’t need.

I'm very happy with the service I received from Alamo Heating and Cooling. Sergio was the technician who took my call, and showed up when he said he would. He came ready to deal with the unique challenge of repairing the 4 dehumidifiers that didn't work. I was a bit surprised how fast he delt with each machine. I now have 4 dehumidifiers that work & fell like he was very professional.
Alamo Heating and Air went above and beyond installing my new HVAC system and they did it quickly. They cleaned up everything and were very professional. I had them come back out to reinstall my damper and again they had gone above and beyond what was asked of them. I highly recommend them and I’ll always be using their services.

I was installing a nest thermostat for a relative and ran into an issue with the wiring, I contacted four different places who all had several day wait times, but Sergio came out within an hour of my call and was able to get the job done super quick. Definitely will use again in the future!
