Alex at the front desk was wonderful, always very responsive and kind and quick to find answers if she didn't have them at the moment. Dallas and his crew were very professional and didn't leave until they had resolved an unexpected issue that arise with installation. I love my new HVAC!
I used Pro West to replace an old gas furnace and AC unit with a heat pump system. I also had new ducting installed and added more intake and some larger vents. I have only great things to say about the professionalism and quality of service provided! They really have the whole process dialed in. Alex in the office is highly communicative and they also send appointment notifications by text msg so there is never any confusion. The install team always arrived on time and cleaned up well at the end of each day. My project manager Jake was great about explaining how the new system worked and providing progress updates throughout the installation. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the work which I really appreciate. The business owners Mike and Chris are also very hands-on which gives you great confidence in the work they do. Heavy rain made this a more challenging project, but the Pro West team handled the weather really well and I'm thrilled with how well the heat pump works. Highly recommend these folks!

Pro West has been critical to the success of our apartment complex of 2-story homes. They have done installation, maintenance and trouble-shooting for us and we could not be happier. Just last week they easily diagnosed a mysterious failure in one of our new HVAC units. I will not use any other company.

We wanted to replace both upstairs and downstairs AC/Heaters as well as work with a local Tustin contractor. We got three proposals and PWM was by far the most attractive. Don't fall for the Costco rebate deal. Even with it was the highest priced proposal. The PWM install team was prompt, clean and friendly. It was a 1.5 day project and we hardly knew they were here. Everything is running great and we highly recommend them.
Being a maintenance coordinator for a property management company who handles hundreds of work orders everyday, I have dealt with a lot of HVAC companies and I would say Mike and his team are heaven sent. Ever since we got connected to them they have been the go-to guys. Pro West is a top-notch team who provides real time updates, photos to show what they've done and recommendations to get an HVAC system running in the best condition. I've pretty much sent everything their way and they have been super flexible. They provide clear work details in their invoices and follows specific vendor instructions to a tee. Even in my sleep and I dream about an HVAC system issue. I'd probably call the BEST! Pro West!
In 2012 my air conditioner went out as expected. It had been installed when the home was built in 1979. Repairs had been done on the original unit as well as the furnace by Mike and Chris (the company owners) when they worked for another company. When I reached out to them they advised they had started their own company and asked which company I preferred to use. Since I was familiar with their skills and work ethic I requested they install a new air conditioner as well as furnace. They were prompt, clean, considerate and extremely professional. I have have had absolutely no problems with the equipment they suggested and installed. I have also used this company to maintain the equipment. Their staff as well are prompt, clean, and highly professional. During the most recent maintenance call, their employee followed all the COVID safety protocols to include wearing a mask as well as shoe booties. I will continue to use Pro West in the future while also referring them to family and friends.

I got a referral from a friend to have the maintenance on my a/c heating system. Prowest was on time and very professional. They changed my filters, cleaned my ac unit coils and spotted a fire hazard with my furnace. No other company every said anything about the furnace being plugged into a powerstrip. Thanks. It was nice to see the time they took check the air conditioning and heating system. They checked the temperature from every room while the air conditioning was on as well as the heating side. It's really hard to find honest, hard working companies these days, but I just did. They will be the company for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. Great job ProWest!
We have used them for years with nothing but praise for their attention to details and customer service. After helping us for years try to stretch our 20yr. AC unit as long as possible, it finally gave out. Instead of offering to replace everything as we expected, they came in suggesting not to replace what was in great condition. They have never attempted to up sell us and have always listened to our concerns and explained their recommendations. Would recommend them in a moment to anyone looking for a thorough, detailed solution from as small as an annual maintenance to a full install replacement unit. They are the best and saved us a bundle of money!!
I live in Newport Beach, and PWM installed a brand new system a few years ago. I received a message from them this week, asking if I’d like to schedule a check-up. Well, my last unit died because we didn’t check on it and a sprinkler had rusted through the unit... so, I said yes, and scheduled the Appt. PWM’s tech showed up on time, wearing a mask, shoe covers, gloves, and a PWM uniform. I showed him what he needed and I went to work. He was quiet, self sufficient, and mindful that I was working. He gave me a report when he was done and he was gone... no upsell, no long explanations... just the service I asked for. Keep it up guys. It pays to focus on customer service.
We had a whole new AC and heating system installed and we are very happy with the great job they did.
