We were in need of an emergency heating and air conditioning services since my little brothers and sisters were staying with me, and I'm very thankful that Apollo AC Tustin was there to help us. They did not hesitate to come and fix our heating and air conditioning systems. The professional technicians we worked with were very accommodating and they provided us with the best customer service. The whole process was a piece-of-cake, they repaired our system immediately. Unbelievable service! Called after a system went down. Returned my call within a short time and was then at my home within a couple hours with no appointment. Diagnosed the problem within 30 seconds-literally. Within a few more minutes we were done, paid and cool.
Finally! I've found a reliable, trustworthy, and fairly priced Air Conditioning repair company! When my home's air conditioner began blowing room temperature air on a hot day in early August, I initially phoned another local company, who had originally installed the unit new three years ago. I found that the original installation company was actually poorly rated. Apollo AC was highest rated, so I stopped by their office and spoke with the service manager. She was very helpful and she knows her stuff technically since she was a former service technician. So I arranged for Apollo AC to come out to do the coil replacement as a warranty repair. Their cost quote was lower than the other company, and their customer ratings were much, much higher, so it was a no-brainer! Thank you…
If anyone is looking to get an AC repair or replacement, I highly recommend Apollo AC! They are warm, efficient, approachable, and professional! The air conditioner in our rental house was malfunctioning and they helped expedite the replacement process communicating with our landlord!From our first interaction, I knew they are people I can trust and rely on. Our AC Technician was very informative, polite, and seemed to really know his stuff! We appreciated his honesty and hard work in the unbearable heat! He definitely represents his company well! I would definitely use this company again based on my experience!
Apollo AC provides fast service. They came and did the job on time and quick! They walked me through the ac repair and showed me the old parts. I feel I got very good service for my money!
The whole team was so awesome. They came in with booties on at all times. They were very efficient and explained the process as they went. Best of all they cleaned up as they went. I would highly recommend them.
