I would like to thank north wind for Coming out to my house and Repairing my air conditioning on such a short notice. He was the only one that answered after 5 o’clock and came to the house to check my ac and repaired it I’m glad I give them a call. definitely recommend. 💯👈🏻
Everyone at Northwind has been so awesome. The honesty and genuine kindness is a breath of fresh air! My family had some personal issues arise and they were understanding enough to still help us out even they are taking all the risk. Some of these other companies tried to use our fears against us, and make claims about issues that were nonexistent. Cesar at Northwind was reassuring, did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need and answered all of our questions and even said that we could contact them with questions even if we decided to go elsewhere. My family is truly grateful for companies like this, the integrity is unmatched!

Northwind Heating and Air, Inc. is a local company that gets the job done! The techs that installed our mini splits, Cesar and Frank, are very professional and helpful at explaining the installation process along the way, always willing to answer any questions we had, and provided great feedback on things we can do to get better use of our units. The installation was fast, clean and sleek. We also worked with Crystal in the office who is very friendly and professional. We love our mini split units and will recommend their work to anyone! Thank you Northwind!!!
Hired them to come give me a consultation on my Semi Working AC. Little did I know that they begin charging you for the Hour before they even arrive to your location. 50% of our Hourly Fee was due to them “driving to our location” which resulted in an unnecessary extra charge. I have never heard of a business that begins charging you prior to arriving to the location. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone for that simple unspoken rule.
Highly recommend Northwind Heating and Air Inc. They installed a new HVAC unit for our home. Arrived early and got started at 7:45 am and the crane showed up on time at 9am. The entire install was complete by 10am and they were testing it. It's been a painless process! Huge shout out to Frank, Johnny and Roy! Frank and Johnny were amazing and so professional, clearly experienced ac techs! Roy set our appointments and made sure to communicate through the entire process. This company has an amazing team and we're so grateful for them! I want to add a huge shout out to Ceasar, he and his entire team have been wonderful! He knows the meaning of good customer service and professionalism! Northwind is a company of experts in HVAC services, thank you again!

They installed a very quiet mini split AC/Heating unit in my garage for my business. They were very professional and answered any questions I had. This thing blew cold quickly which is just in time for the summer. You can’t even hear this thing running since it’s so quiet. I love it!
Great and fast service. The heat here in Lindsay is tense and they managed to help us out ASAP. I recommend this place..!!! They have great quotes and a friendly staff.

I had them install a new AC/ Heater combo back in May. AC system works fine but I didn't turn on my heater until this morning for the first time. The unit is blowing cold air and will not heat up. I went on the roof to check the unit. I found out that the technician didn't finish the job. The heat pump unit was turned off. They also replaced a brand new fuse with a blown fuse. Found the new one laying on the ground inside the unit. I guess they wanted to be sure and get called back for a service call once it got cold. I assumed that the unit had a warranty but was told by the company it was not their problem since I have a home warranty through American home shield which they no longer do work for.
Two of the techs replaced my old air conditioning unit with a new one. I had to wait awhile for the new unit, but the installation went great. The techs were very professional, personable, and efficient. They did a great job cleaning up before they left. I would definitely use this company again. I didn't comment on the value because I went through American Home Shield and don't know the cost of the unit.
The whole process was quick and easy including the finance options for my new Central Air Unit. Highly recommend North Wind Heating and Air, Inc.
Top notch professionals, from the owners to the service technicians. A technician came out to repair a mini split that was installed in my man cave. The 1 1/2 ton unit was old and parts were no longer available. Cesar, the owner of the company, came out, assessed what was needed to heat and cool the 1100 plus sq’ ft’ area and recommend a 3 ton mini split using two wall heads. Two installers, Frank and Jesse, came out, installed the unit, demonstrated how to use it, and thoroughly cleaned the project area. They both showed a very professional level of skill and experience during the installation process. I would highly recommend this company.
Wow, am I impressed with NorthWind. When Caesar came out to give us a quote he was very informative and was able to answer any questions we had. I felt very confident going with NorthWind. He said it would take 3 days and 3 days it was. Frank and Jesse did an excellent job installing and there was no doubt that they had done this many times before. When looking for a company to do the job it was important for us to stay local. I highly highly recommend NorthWind. C. Payne

I used this company to get my HVAC repair via AHS. Their technician has no clue about my 20SEER state of the art, latest Rheem Heat pump. Rather than owning their ignorance, they decided to work on it and screwed it even more. After the next recall, they reported to the AHS that someone else has yanked a wire and for the reason, AHS refused to cover the repair. There was no one other than this company who worked on my furnace and went to the attic. Both the time when this company arrived, me or my wife was present physically and they never mention anything to us or showed us anything but reported something totally different to AHS. So it was too shocking and I have to pay another company finally to get their bad work fixed. So not only highly unprofessional and at the same time dishonest.
