Last night I went outside and noticed that the backup drain line was pouring water. I went up into the attic to inspect and sure enough the drip pan was full of water. I knew that the main drain line was clogged so I took a hose and let water run up the line. Sure enough some algae and gunk came pouring out. Wanting assurance I contacted Whyllies this morning, Cort answered the phone and let me know he could be here within an hour. Cort showed up faster than you could get a pizza delivered. He also flushed water up the line and believed that I might have already unclogged it. He went up into the attic while I remained downstairs at the line. We used our phones to communicate and he had me send water up the line. He was able to confirm that I had successfully cleared the line myself and refused to charge me a dime! Cort was extremely professional, personable, and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. I HIGHLY recommend Wyllie's Heating & Air Conditioning to anybody for ANY job, New construction, maintenance, and emergencies Court is your guy!!
Cort made sure to answer every text or call. When our unit kept having issues he would be over to address it as soon as possible or walk me through what to try over the phone. He gave us options to replace the unit or to fix it and hopefully get it through the summer. We appreciate his hard work and dedication during the busy season.

I was having issues with my heater all winter and called out a couple other HVAC companies which couldn’t resolve the issues! And as soon as Cort came out he diagnosed the issue right away and had me up and running within 2 hours! Thank you I highly recommend this company!
