We always use Cental Heating and Air, their service are reliable and always come when they say they will. Pete is super nice and knows what to do.

Very personable and polite employees. Put in a lot of time and effort to install and troubleshoot a new A/C system. Whole company was very helpful and professional.
Had 3 coolers serviced. Was quoted for new belts, pads and pumps. He showed up late, changed the pads and pumps. Said he tried to change the belts but the new ones he brought were too tight. Then he said he left them on the roof for future use? Water was dripping from the roof and when I asked him about it before he left, he said it's fine and it's just from rinsing things off. Next day, water is pouring from the roof and I can't get an estimated time of arrival for the tech to come back, fix the water issue and pick up his belts that apparently don't fit cuz i don't need them charging me for them. Still waiting on him or the dispatch lady to call me with an ETA. I'll find another place to do it next time.
These guys are fine. They installed my unit which is why I use them. They'll schedule an appointment window say but only make it on time about 50% of the time, either coming early or late. Prices are average. The receptionist seems confused lol but the tech that performs the work are good.
The technician was very nice and explained everything that was done perfectly in a timed manner. Definitely recommend him to come back.
The technician who came out to my house did a great job with what I call for. He answered my questions thoroughly with professionalism. He even clean my a/c unit of which I never knew needed to be cleaned every once in a while.

If you read this i would NOT recommend this place, first of all rude! Very unprofessional! The first time they came was to do a maintenance on the AC a week later the Ac stopped working , we had no AC for approximately 3 day! Then when they came again they “fixed it” for another 2 months and again no AC!(every time they came we would have to pay) This is so ridiculous! When we called another company to come and check it out bcs again we are having the same problem, they came in and explained that they had done a very poor job and that it was a mistake that they had done, he advised us to call the company because all the companies would have 1 year warranty, when we called we first asked if they had a warranty and they said YES THEY DID HAVE IT FOR A YEAR, later when we explained everything they continue by saying , that it was a 1 month warranty! They had just told us that it was a year, and they said that we wound have to pay all over again (750) to send someone out to see! The lady who speaks Spanish (she was the one helping us) was very very rude! She was laughing saying that we were crazy that they only had 1 month not a year but yet they had said a year at the begging of the conversation! Then she said that she was going to call us back and she never did! We had to call again and said that they weren’t going to help us. We didn’t really want for them to redo the bad job at the end, but we wanted an apology for the way we were treated but not even that! Its so sad! DONT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE AT ALL!!
I really appreciate them coming out to service my furnace. The gas company couldn't come out until the 21st of this month. The service guy was so nice. Thank you.
I have no idea why this company doesn't have a 5 star rating. They have always been quick, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I myself am a small business owner and they recently fixed our Ac for 1/2 the price as the first company that was sent out. They were earlier than expected and even had the part with them my business needed, and were able to fix it on the spot. What a relief! The workers are professional and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend as matter of fact it's the only company I reccomend and will continue to reccomend due to the quality of service everyone I have referred to them has also recieved. Thank you for truly caring about your clients, it's shows.

They did excellent work on installing our new AC unit. They arrived when they said they would and worked all day putting it in. The area was spotless afterward with no empty boxes, garbage or screws left on ground. That's a first for me.

I've had nothing but great experiences with them at my residence and at the Elks Lodge where they have done work for us… Twice they sent employees to our lodge to make sure the AC was done before a function we had. I didn't use them at my residence where they were not only the most cost efficient they also take me to my air-conditioner and showed me what I could do to make my unit more efficient. Thumbs up to everyone associated in the company.
They have come twice already to my new house! They installed a new unit which came out to be bad!! I have been with no AC FOR THREE DAYS ALREADY! And still no answer of when they are planning to fix it. I dont recommend this place AT ALL. They install very bad equipment... I moved not even a month ago and already having problems with AC UNACCEPTABLE!!
Well Central Air Conditioning in Tulare was here again to fix my unit. I was 5 days without heat. Earlier this summer, it was a week without air. The unit is only a couple of years old. They keep charging me labor, happy to make additional profit off of the defective unit they sold to me. I would never do business with them again, and I would not recommend them to my friends.
