We have used them for various plumbing services and have been great. Dana does a great job with communication and is responsive.
You get one star for calling and hanging up on me you lucky you don't live closer
Our A/C stopped working in our waiting room of our small business. We called Wells and they had someone out to check it out right away. It needed some work and I was expecting a long wait. They had it up and running cold faster and less expensive than expected. Thank You Wells
Bob at The Wells Co. Is one of the most stand-up people I've ever met. He is honest, but also kind. He is very thorough and we were charged more than fairly. We had called around about our A/C issues and were quoted rediculous amounts and very long wait times for service. Bob came out in just a few days and fixed it for less than half the quotes we got. Call Bob, tell him Lorraine sent you!!
Bob Wells has the most integrity of any contractor I have ever worked with - by far. And his team is wonderful. Dana, Chris, Andrew, and everyone we have ever interacted with, has been available, responsive, on time, on point, on budget. Wish everyone could be like this.
Great family business
I had a problem with the shower and he came out the same day. The prices were reasonable. The Tech, Dana, was very knowledgeable. Thank you Bob Wells for making sure we had such a good experience.
Hot weather in Rainbow, Oak Crest Estates. My neighbor's air conditioner was blowing warm air, the last thing you need when it is 100 degrees outside. Wells offered the quickest service and happened to be the original installer. The service tech, Jonathon. arrived on time and went to work. He let us know we could ask him questions about his work and he would gladly answer. The compressor was not running. The fan was running. He said it was likely the capacitor had failed on the compressor side. He checked it and found he was correct. He had a new one on his truck and installed it. He continued his narrative as he buttoned up the unit. Very pleasant experience. As he was leaving he remarked that he loved his work and that the owner of the company was great guy. The price service call plus a reasonable amount for the capacitor. Totally satisfied. Thank you Wells Air Conditioning! I had a nice conversation with Bob Well's wife in the office to get an email address. Wells Air Conditioning is just like Jonathon said, A GOOD COMPANY
Wells goes above and beyond for all of their clients. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Great company
Have used many plumbers through the years but Wells Plumbing is the best ever. Responsive and super good and the most important things are their fair pricing and honesty. Thankfully they are located in the Temecula Valley.
On the hottest day of the year this summer I contacted Wells for help, as with all A/C companies they were booked solid day and night... The company offered to send over one of their plumbers to try and assist - he could tell right away the repair was going to be big and he didn't have level of expertise, that's ok he is a plumber - however he reached out to his office team and they made a desperate search throughout the Valley to find someone to squeezed me in. They found me help that evening @ 9:00 pm; by 9:30 pm my house went from 90 to 76 degrees. Then while the plumber was at my home trying to find help for the heat, he offered to fix a couple tiny drips @ no cost because he wanted to help in anyway he could ....... wow, wow, wow! It's reassuring to know that there are still people in this world that practice random acts of kindness and help. Many thanks to the team at Wells Plumbing!
I called these folks when looking for a plumber to install a tankless water heater, the person who picked up the phone told me he couldn't come out to where we were and hung up on me as I was asking if he could suggest anyone who could. Perhaps he was having a bad day and I can't rate them for their plumbing, but for courtesy and good manners they get 1 star.
Very nice ethical people that know what they are doing. I believe this is a father & son operation and their pride shows. Would use them again without thinking twice.
