Frankie was quick in diagnosing the issue and gave an honest price without trying to upsell me. The unit was up and running within 10 minutes. I will highly recommended him to any of my neighbors.
Romeo's Heating and AC is a professional, local company that provides honest, prompt service. I had an issue with my AC where it would run, but wouldn't cool the house down. Two years ago a different company replaced the coil, so I was a bit confused as to why my unit wasn't cooling the house. I called Frankie at Romeo's Heating and Air Conditioning, and Frankie came by my house extremely fast. He climbed into the attic, hooked up some kind of "sniffer" and determined that the coil which was installed by the previous company, had failed. Instead of Frankie trying to sell me a new coil, he took a picture of the Serial Number of the coil and said I should call the pervious company and see if it was under warranty. It turns out the coil was under warranty, and the pervious company came back out to re-instal a new unit. Frankies honesty saved me a couple of thousand dollars. Needless to say, when my evaporator unit failed this year, I didn't hesitate to call Frankie. He again responded promptly, diagnosed the new problem, and installed a new evaporator unit within 48 hours of my call. I would like to point out that Frankie again was fair in his costs, provided a 10 year warranty on the new unit, and was overall an extremely pleasant experience. Frankie really sets the bar for "white glove" service. It's no wonder he has run a successful business here in the Valley for almost 2 decades.
Frankie helped me out after I had a bunch of crooks over who were trying to pull a fast one on me wanting to sell me a two new HVAC systems by sabotaging my current ones. It literally took him 20 minutes to get both my ACs back up and running and he did it for a price that was more than reasonable. Happy to know there are still honest fellas around. Frankie is awesome, honest and punctual. Our furnace stopped working one night. I contacted Frankie the next morning and he came out the same day. Problem solved as quickly as possible (needed a control board for the furnace). I felt Frankie charged a fair/honest price. Our house is 20 years old. If/when the entire HVAC system goes, Frankie will be the first and only one we contact to put in a new HVAC system.

Frankie showed up on time to assess the AC unit from our recently purchased house. He was able to find and assess some damage that the previous owners dogs had done; something that, sadly, the home inspector missed. Overall Frankie gave me an honest assessment of the unit, saying it was in decent shape for it's age and that no repairs were needed. Frankie then gave me some tips of what to look out for if the unit starts to fail as well as an overall view of what my best options may be for whenever the unit may start to have issues. It was great to have someone come out and give an honest assessment and not just try to sell you on something that wasn't needed, something that could have certainly happened with how old the unit is, along with the dog damage. Called Frankie up on a Monday in the middle of a 100 degree heat wave. he said he was responding to calls from the weekend but would try to squeeze me in. He got here about 2 pm, replaced the capacitor and had the house cooling off in 10 minutes. I'd call him again if I needed a heating or air repair.
He is an exceptional service man. He diagnosed the problem and within 5 min, installed the new part an i was back in business. Very reasonable with costs. I don’t think you could do better.
Called Romeo's on a referral from a friend/fellow teacher, absolutely amazing! He came out the next morning. Frankie was timely, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. He found and fixed the problem quickly, gave us a true and honest quote and worked with our budget. We highly recommend this company and would refer him to our friends and family.

Frankie was spot on, returned my call immediately and showed up when promised. Fixed our heater and kept me informed. If you have any type of heating and air conditioner troubles give him a call, you will not be disappointed, I sure wasn’t.
My problem was simple, only needed my system charged but I liked that Frankie explained my options, was thorough in checking my system and honest. I have an older system, I'm sure there will be decisions in the future and I will definitely be calling him back when that time comes.
My a/c wasn't cooling like it should. I called him and he came out the same day and told me right away what it was. He said it might or might not be covered by my warranty and did not charge me at all. He definitely does right by the customer so he allowed me to call my warranty and see what they will say. You can tell he cares about his customers and doesn't just want to make quick buck! Thank you
Frankie stopped by and changed my thermostats to the new wifi controlled ecobee thermostats. Now I can turn on my air before I get home and turn it off if I forget to before I leave. Saving money all around. Frankie was super knowledgable and is a perfectionist! Prices were lower than other quotes to!
