They Don't!!! Try to get one out to Fix an EXPENSIVE AC Unit You bought from Them!!!! It was 91 in my House today ... Hotter outside tomorrow ... Was TOLD they could get me fit in a Week from next Monday!!!!! That's How Much they CARE once the Check has Cleared!
Very professional, courteous, informative and took their time to explain the process. Laurissa and Anthony were both great in what they do. I recommend WE CARE because they CARE!!
Horrible, I would not use them if I did not have to. The workers are ok, the management is the worst I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. We Care only cares for taking your money. In the last 5 years, various workers flooded my home twice, leading to months of inconvenience. The service department is just as bad. In order to service your equipment, you have to keep track when the service is due, call in and hope they have available dates for service. They will not call the customer to schedule maintenance. All that while one must pay a monthly membership fee. Recently they somehow, drained 6.5 lbs of coolant from the AC unit. No leak was found after spending 1500 dollars to replenish the coolant. I asked to speak to a manager in order to solve the coolant issue....no response.
I called to report one of thier drivers cutting me off and when I called to report it they left me on hold so long I finally hung up.
We became acquainted with We Care after purchasing a new air conditioning system through Costco 3 years ago, when our 32 year old system ‘died’. They were excellent to work with. They are professionals who show up on time, and do quality work. We chose to ‘stay with them’ and they provide us with regular maintenance and checkups. My home is 35 years old, now, so it needs a little bit of maintenance. NEIL, our plumber, photographed and discussed the normal wear and tear on faucets, pipes and hoses, in detail, helped me prioritize repairs most critical (so I wouldn’t feel compelled to do it all at once), and possible financing options. HE DID NOT RUSH AND BLOW THROUGH, but took time to give my home a thorough check-up. I have been VERY HAPPY WITH WE CARE’S SERVICES, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.
Michael was very informative and took his time checking out our heater. We had him out for a tuneup/inspection, but will call them again when we need any help or replacement. I would certainly recommend this company to neighbors.

Purpose of the visit was to review my plumbing and provide a quote for replacing a toilet. The review went well except that the recommended valve replacements were unnecessary as I tested them after he left to verify that they shut off and on without any problems. Since the quote to replace a toilet provided by me was very high, I selected another plumber who completed the task and found no need to replace the water valve. Also, I felt that the company's purpose of offering this plumbing review to an existing customer was simply to sell more services.
Jacob was very nice - personable, professional and explained every step of the repair needed to our heating system. He made sure that the new part, and elements of the system in general, worked properly before he left. Very thorough! Would use again.

I wanted to update my ĤVAC system. It was still working but was almost 24 years old so I thought it might be best to update it. Everyone was very professional and very responsive. I found them through Costco. Always get a few quotes first so you have a good idea of what the job is going to cost. They installed everything in 1 day in a very reasonable time. There were a few issues after installation I noticed on my ceiling. I contacted them right away. They came out and fixed the problem right away. Overall I'm happy with everything.
Everyone we dealt with was on time, they were polite and professional. I recommend this company.

They showed up same day. Super professional and knowledgeable. The Tech, Jason, was super nice and respectful. The company's prices are insanely high. But I had to get this leak taken care of.
