I've used "On Time" HVAC company for many years and am happy with their services. The first time they came out my AC was probably five years old and needed updating. Their comprehensive evaluation including meter readings, pictures and checking of fluid levels convinced me of their competency, and the need for updating my system. Given the hot summers and cool winters in Temecula we rely quite heavily on our HVAC system so it's not the place for us to cut corners. Fortunately, they were not that expensive for the work they performed so I contracted with them for two services per year. Once before summer to check the AC and once before winter to check the heating system. And the money has been well spent as I don't even have to worry about it, my HVAC is serviced On Time and it's one less major headache for me. Thanks On Time!! Steve

We had our whole ac system replaced in 2019. Recently our ac stopped working. We paid a 90$ service fee for the tech to tell us, “it’s the thermostat wiring. All they did was just snap on a new thermostat” and quoted us $2000 to fix and calling it a “complete electrical rejuvenation”. I called the company to discuss what actually needs to be done. They wanted to send out their “best tech at no charge to see what is going on”. Our appointment was at 10 and he showed up at 3. Well that tech charged us $270 for labor to fix what originally should have been done. I wish we would have away from this company.
On time, very efficient. They did a great job for a reasonable price.
Our Technician was super friendly, knowledgeable, and really did his job well. We hope to continue to have him service our home when needed.
Tony Frazzini was the best tech I’ve had work on our heating and HVAC system. Very professional and timely, super friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need any work done in the Temecula area!
The scheduling coordinator, owner, and service technician were all professional. They came quickly after I called. I’ve never had this service done before and my dryer is already working better than ever, no more double drying! Thanks guys!!
Jordan came out the same day we called. He was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional, & helpful. We will definitely use them again for any future AC/HVAC needs.
On Time came out to clean out our dryer vent. The experience with them was excellent! from the receptionist who scheduled us next day, to the technicians who were very polite, informative, and made sure we were satisfied with the job we paid for. Five stars to your team!! Will definitely recommend and keep you in mind for future jobs.

I was able to get appointment right away. The service was thorough and the price was very reasonable. I signed up for their annual plan. I had Tony come out to do our A/C tune ups and explained everything along the way, which I appreciated. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the services and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and Tony.

Tony Frazzini was my tech today. He was efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Tony was very helpful in making a suggestion that is ultimately going to save me money. Everyone that I spoke with at On Time Home Services was courteous and helpful. Brian Lombardi was my sales rep today. Brian was patient and respectful of my financial situation. I feel I made the right purchase with Brian's helpful suggestions.
March 15th at 5:40am I was tailgated by a work truck on Grand Ave in Lake Elsinore. It is raining extremely hard roads are flooded not to mention construction work and cones and I had to pull over to let the truck pass me to avoid him/her hitting me although I was driving approx 30 which was already fast for the road conditions. If worker was late should have taken that into consideration before rushing out the door and driving so dangerously!
Tony F. conducted maintenance on my furnace. He was professional and courteous. Offered solutions to keep the unit in top shape.
Jordan McRae with On Time Home Services did an amazing job getting are heater back up and running. He was kind, courteous and professional. He explained the issue and resolution. Would recommend and will use the in the future.
