Every so often I have had the good fortune of doing business with a company that provides excellence on every level, and my recent experience with KPH installing 2 multi-zoned heat pump systems in my sprawling single story home is no exception. From the first encounter with owner Kevin who exhibited a masterful understanding of the latest technologies, the entire process was executed by a team who clearly love what they do and regard customer satisfaction as their highest priority. I very highly recommend contacting KPH before choosing an HVAC professional.
My 3 month old Heat Pump HVAC stopped working. I texted Kevin and he had someone here the next morning. Carlos was able to find the problem and fix it.

Kevin came here quickly and did an excellent job in February when I had an unexpected puncture to the AC line in the middle of a remodel. He was on his way home when I called and he detoured to my house in the late afternoon and completed his work while educating me on AC systems. He sealed the leak in the AC line and recharged the system and did all the testing for a fair price. Thanks again Kevin!

“So STOKED” Our family dog Bruce, decided to have a taste and bite the line set for our downstairs AC UNIT. Gas was leaking everywhere and my wife was freaking out. Kevin was here within 35 min and had the unit back up and running within a few hours.
I would highly recommend this company! Kevin and Sam were amazing! My air conditioner went out after a botched job from another company. Temperatures were in the 100s my elder mom lives with me and they even brought over a portable air conditioner while repairing mine for her.
