Great service, highly recommend.
Would recommend to anyone that wants trustworthy, straightforward, skilled work done on their systems. On time, polite, and capable. They did exactly what they were hired to do, and even went above and beyond to both notice a problem and fixed it, at no additional cost! Integrity is hard to come by these days, but not with Airworx!

Klaus, the owner of the company responded to our after hours call because his guys had been working all day in the heat. Klaus had worked all day also, but decided to help us out. Our AC also worked all day and did not cool down the house, which I knew was going to cost me a bundle on my electric bill. Klaus discovered the problem, fixed the problem and scheduled a follow up appointment to further improve our AC system at my request. He was professional and personable and did not rush despite his busy schedule. Hands down the best experience with an AC repair company ever. Based on my experience today, Airworx is the type of company you hope you will find when you cautiously start contacting the results of your online search for “best AC company near Temecula”. Very Cool!

After 3 calls to other HVAC Companies that could not schedule us in, I called Airworx and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. Pretty impressive considering this was during a heat wave. They found the issue and got our A/C working again. Highly recommended.
Our heat pump stopped working yesterday evening. I spent the following morning researching AC repair services and was becoming worried I wouldn’t find anyone to come out that day. I noticed AIRWORX’s information and expected another “we can’t get someone out there until early next week” - a statement you dread in a Temecula summer. I called AIRWORX and they said they could have a technician at my place between 10 and 12 that morning! I made the appointment and they called back to state that the technician could be out there about 30 minutes earlier than expected and asked if that was “okay”…a Temecula summer and no AC? Yeah it’s okay to come earlier than planned :). Forrest arrived, quickly diagnosed the issue and I had cool air within 30-minutes. I can’t say enough positive about AIRWORX, from the administrative experience to the quick and helpful service provided by the technician! With an experience that good, my wife and I are now considering having them replace our older unit and re-duct some areas of the house. AIRWORX will always be my go-to for prompt, helpful service!
They are prompt, courteous, and immediately fixed my elderly mothers heating problem in October so I called them again as her air conditioner had gone out (in July) - 85 degrees inside for my elderly mother is not healthy or safe! They were there within 24 hours and fixed her AC… such peace of mind since I am so far away! Also their prices are unreal- in this day and age they are so very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Honest, reliable, courteous, and amazingly low prices. Can’t speak highly enough!!

Called Klaus Tuesday evening to make an appointment and even with a short notice he was here the next morning! Not only did he take the time to explain the quote and the equipment he was able to have his guys install two days later!! His crew was respectful and very knowledgeable even with having to deal with the heat in the middle of the summer as well as in my house. I will highly recommend Airworx to anyone in the future who is in need of HVAC services!! Thanks for taking such good care of us!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Airworx! Two gentlemen showed up to do the job, & they were friendly and professional. The entire job was done fast, and I was returned to my beloved cool state of AC’ing!
