Used L&O a couple times and wlll keep using. Very proffesional and on time. Serviced my A.C system and helped sove my problem. Will definitely be recommending them
We tried getting help today when a rat got into our AC unit, the women on the phone was not helpful when talking to my elderly grandmother... when we left a voice message this morning to call us back to verify what my grandmother was told... no one got back to us.... and now it’s Friday night after 7:00pm. I’m not impressed by the customer service... disappointing... would’ve appreciated call back.
Replaced my evaporators at a reasonable price. I went up in the attic and checked out their work. Well done. No mess. Would gladly use them again.
My thirty year old A/C unit blew up in late June. The heat was already upon us and I needed a solution fast. I was expecting the worst when I started dialing for quotes, and sure enough some other A/C businesses were jacking up prices. One national chain quoted me an outrageous price. I was depressed. A family member recommended I call L&O. Great recommendation! Scott at L&O was friendly, very thorough, fairly priced, and installed excellent quality equipment that they confidently back on the day and within the time they said it would take. I am very impressed and I HIGHLY recommend L&O Heating & A/C.
