Chris is amazing! He came to the rescue and fixed our separated air duct so we are no longer cooling the attic. Our air conditioner is running more efficiently now that the filters are changed. Integrity is a company that listens to their clients. I just wish that all of the technicians were as skilled as Chris and Mike.

Christian Keeton was friendly and professional and enjoyed answering our questions. He gave us options to choose from and then immediately got to work on our selection.
We needed our HVAC system looked at after the breaker had blown up. They came, cleaned the system, and recommended fixing the solution. They are quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needed your HVAC system maintenance or repaired!

Ryan and crew came by on time and worked diligently until the job was done (One day install). Michael, the sales rep. did a great, if not somewhat winded, explaination of the entire process and made sure the scheduled install was before the heat wave hit. Whew. The communication was excellent and Julie in the office was quick to answer all my questions. Looking forward to keeping cool this summer and getting my two years of free service. Great company to deal with from complete system installation to on going bi-annual system maintenance. Christian showed up on time today for the scheduled maintenance and went above and beyond cleaning and inspecting the system.

Working with this company was a great experience! Mike came out to do the estimate. Once the conversation was done, he said he could give us a few options in 30 minutes. He came back within that timeframe and walked us through our options. They were very affordable options and booking was easy! Ryan did the installation and was professional the entire time. We very much appreciated the whole process!

I hired Integrity Comfort Systems to rip out my ancient garage based HVAC system & replace it with an attic based two zone, two cycle system. Our second floor was always too hot, while the first floor was freezing and my summer electric bill was always a killer. I selected Integrity because they are a relatively small team with obvious talent & expertise. The bigger companies boast of having 20 to 30 installers, but good luck finding top tier installers across a team that large. I’m sure they have a few, but who knows which of their install crews will show up to do the work. When Mike came out to sell me the system, I was blown away by his knowledge & professionalism for him being a relatively young guy. When I asked him about it, he said he worked his way up through the ranks as an installer. This hands-in experience really shows when he’s configuring the system to create an estimate. If you’re looking for a new or upgraded HVAC system, do your due diligence and get competing estimates, but at the end of the day, if you go with one of the 300 pound gorilla installers, I guarantee you’ll regret it. And I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but these guys deserve the time I’m taking to write this.

Ron came to house to inventory the parts that will be needed for the installation in two days. went over all details, I was well satisfied.
During a routine servicing call the technicians found my cooling system wasn't working properly. I had a broken wire in the conduit running to my outside unit. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it right away, before the summer heat started up. I am very grateful
