Angel and Johnathan were great! They came to clean out my ducts and to service my coils for the air conditioner. They were through and did a fabulous job. They covered everything in plastic, and wore shoe protectors. At the end of their service, they even played fetch with Raider!
Nick was great. Showed me the pictures of work that needs to be done. He was knowledgeable and his expertise was greatly appreciated.
Reuben is the best! He went out of his way to help me! I was stuck on the side of the road abruptly when Reuben came to save the day!

Had an incredibly positive experience with the AC maintenance team from Goettl, specifically Nick and Dante. Both were highly professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable about the system. They thoroughly explained the issues and provided comprehensive solutions. It was evident they took great pride in their work. They left our unit functioning better than ever and our home neat and tidy. The quality of their service exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend Goettl, and ask for Nick and Dante for top-notch service! 5/5 Stars.

Nick was such a pleasure to work with. He came in to inspect our failed AC unit, and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain his workflow, how different parts of our ventilation system work, and involve me in the process. He's very knowledgeable about his craft, has admirable work ethic (thanks for wearing shoe covers every moment walking in the house!), super likeable, and empathetic to our needs as relatively new homeowners having to juggle many recent and sudden expenses. To anyone who's lucky to work with Nick: your home is in good hands!
We called Goettl for emergency AC repair since our unit was not working. They sent us Nick, who was the coolest tech we've ever had the pleasure of having over. He was able to diagnose and explain what was the issue to us clearly and gave us his honest opinion on things. We were able to make an informed decision on what was best for us given his expertise. We recommend Nick to any other stressed out people who are needing an emergency AC fix! PS. He brought shoe covers to make sure he didn't dirty our house! +100 in my books.
Two of the technicians (Sarmen & Jose) came to do regular maintenance to our a/c system. They were courteous, friendly and provided details about the condition of our a/c system. Cleaned the a/c coils and did some system check-ups. They explained the issues well and what need to be done and taken cared of. Looking forward to have them both again on our next service.
Nick was great! Extremely professional and great at explaining what he was doing during the maintenance. I also want to say thank to Jacob Jackson who worked on my sister-in-laws house as she could not stop raving about how great his service was! Will definitely call Goettl if I have any problems with my unit!
