My Trane air conditioner is just wonderful. My house is always perfectly comfortable . Since the installation, they have come to service the air and heat to make sure both are ready for the upcoming season. The service person is competent and professional. True Cool Heating and AC Repair has been my go-to HVAC team for over a decade. They installed the HVAC system in my home and at my rental property. They are very responsive, professional and do excellent work. When HVAC goes out in the dead of winter or in the middle of a heat wave, I consider it an emergency at my rental property. They get out there as fast as they can, they put in long hours and get the job done. I know that by using Service Wizard, I am doing the best I can to be a responsible landlord and to look after my tenants. And I have complete trust in their honesty on pricing and on what needs to be done
My AC was leaking at night. I called Service Wizard, after looking at their well-deserved Yelp ratings, first thing the next morning. They sent Kevin out early that afternoon. He knew right away what was wrong, fixed it, and advised me what to do so it won't happen again. He was very thorough, efficient, and professional yet very friendly. I could tell he likes his job and the company he works for. The cost was very reasonable to boot
Excellent bedside manner really sold me on Service. I had a home warranty and was absolutely dissatisfied with their lack of ability to get the AC working during the middle of the Sherman Oaks summer. After months of waiting I was able to get True Cool Heating and AC Repair out to diagnose the problem and fix it within a week. AC went out and I called them based on reviews. They immediately came out and quickly diagnosed major damage to my old unit. They provided quotes for repairing or replacing. We decided to replace and everything went really smooth. They showed up on time and the install crew was EXCELLENT. They explained everything and even fixed a loose gas pipe they noticed in the attic. Can't recommend them enough! We'll definitely use them for future maintenance
I use Yelp fairly often but this my first Yelp review as I can honestly recall. I feel compelled after True Cool Heating and AC Repair recently replaced our two AC units. Erik Bell, the representative who worked with us on the assessment and estimate is professional, honest, and easy to work with. The crew led by Jeff Conley arrived on time and did a very good job installing the AC units, as well as re-configuring the duct work for better airflow. They were all friendly and courteous. I appreciate the great service and would highly recommend True Cool Heating and AC Repair to others
AC fan stopped around 5pm, called True Cool Heating and AC Repair since they were open until 10pm...wow! Got an appointment for the next day. Texted updates when they were on their way. On time, friendly, courteous! They informed me it was the capacitator (17 year old unit) and fixed it. They showed at 4pm, cleaned up and left by 4:30. Great job!
True Cool Heating and AC Repair was responsive and professional from initial contact and through the repair. This was an emergency and I was very happy that even during the weekend and holiday they fit me in immediately. The AC repair went smoothly and the final cost was fair. Technician Ian Moore was professional and openly willing to explain everything he was doing. He was patient and answered questions of my concern.
I called them last Thursday and they were able to send a technician on Friday. All I had was a bad fuse, which they replaced at no cost. They even waived the trip charge due to my financial situation. I was shocked, but I appreciate the generosity and glad it was not anything major, as I am not in a position to spend lots of money at this moment.
