We've always had a problem getting hot water to the upstairs bathroom without wasting water. We considered a tankless water heater and called Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning . The lovely fellow who came out to consult recommended adding a pump mechanism to our not that old water heater. He came out the next week to install it. It's a great improvement and a relief not to be wasting water in a drought or collecting the shower water with a bucket. It was a pleasure to work with these folks.
Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning was great. Showed up on time, removed the old, and installed the new Bradford White gas tank water heater. Did a very good job! If you need a new water heater, I strongly recommend these guys. 500 + five star ratings can't be wrong! Price was about what I expected to pay. I'm very happy I chose these guys..
Just got a replacement instant hot water heater, and could not be happier with the service. Called Friday, consultant came that afternoon, promptly at beginning of time window specified. Listened to my issues and concerns, reviewed our setup, made recommendation to best address our needs. Water heater installed bright and early the next morning, a Saturday! Given our original very old sink (probably dating back to the 1920's), one part was obsolete, not available at our local sources, so we had to wait until Monday to find out if they would be able to order the part needed to install a recirculator to more efficiently deliver water to the upstairs sink. Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning completed the job that Monday morning, no additional prompting needed, and everything works great! Price came in lower than anticipated, work was done extremely promptly, workers were all friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. No surcharge added for paying with a credit card. A+ service in every respect

Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning staff was our technician and very knowledgeable about the issue with our water heater. Another person from another company couldnt figure out the problem earlier. He quickly resolved the issue and the heater was back to working within 45 mins or so.

Amazing! Professional! Exceptional in every way . Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning staff was very open with what they could do for me. No pressure . The next day tech came out and we agreed the unit needed replacement. He hooked us up in about 1 hr 15 min and Bingo! Hot showers for the family again . I highly recommend them . Easy peazy
I wanted to let everyone know how satisfied we were with our service from Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning . I'd spoken with a gentleman staff. I had originally called two weeks prior but I couldn't keep that appointment due to my work schedule.I called back and he was able to schedule my appointment with his technician. Tech was soooo kind , knowledgeable and just a great in his dealings with people. He done a great job.. I'd checked around as a conscious consumer and they're prices were very competitive or outright cheaper.. DON'T sleep on these guys. They done a great job.. Quick response, here the same day, very friendly and professional, two hours and my son could stop complaining that I used all the hot water AND then broke the water heater so he couldn't have a shower...after his 10-mile run. You have no idea how much I wanted him to shower, so I appreciated Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning more than I can say
Painless and quick. Saw a small puddle by my water heater and wasn't sure if it was a concern or not. Called them and they can come out 2 days later. He looked at it and said there is a small leak, but it was time to change. The water heater was 16 years old..granted, water heater is suppose to be changed out every 10 years, so mine lasted longer than expected. Luckily, I didn't run out of hot water or have the water heater leak a lot. He came in and took and hour to install. So quick. If your company has Water Heaters in it, they do this all day and I would only expect they 'now what they're are doing and can do it quickly without jeopardizing the work. Would recommend Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning .
Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning stacf came out on a hot Sunday afternoon--he was clearly knew what he was doing. He explained EVERYTHING to my husband and me. The problem with our leading water heater, the features in our new water heater, and how to operate our new one. He was quick, efficient, and very patient with my questions as he went along, and he added a pan under the hot water heater (which we did not have and it makes so much sense). My husband and I were thrilled with his effort, his customer service approach, and the excellent craftsmanship. I will recommend Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning to all my friends.

The workers came a day early which is okay. I just have to cancel my work schedule to stay in the house while doing the install. We would recommend Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning Repair to anyone looking for a replacement unit or repair work. They made it so easy, and most of all are true professionals, where everyone on the job really cared about us. At the end of the day the house was clean and everything was completed as promised. BTW its only been hot 2 days so far where we needed to run our air, but the house cooled down so quickly that I know its going to be a great summer.
They were awesome, they were a little busy but once they were able to get here, which was in under 24 hours, they stayed until 6:30pm fixed our issue, and we had a working AC unit!
They are courteous and very knowledgeable of their job. they are always on time or early for their appointments. a great company to do business with.
Everything was great and done well. Have been using Stellar Heating and Air Conditioning since 1994. The guys do a great job. Every one of the 12 heaters they have installed so far has been good jobs.
