Joe is a delightful person. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. It was a bonus that he was so personable in addition to his wonderful work ethic.
Cody was wonderful and took time to explain what was going on with my hot water heater. It was a simple issue with the pilot light and he showed me how go relight it in the future. He also arrived ahead of schedule which was wonderful.
Plumber was early and very efficient at working on my sink. Helped me with solutions for my sink issues.

Plumber Rogelio is awesome. My neighbor used him once or twice for work at her home when he was with his prior employer. She also went on about his work after I talked to her since she asked me about the truck in our small neighborhood. He's very efficient and extremely competent as you would expect from a senior plumber. I was afraid of getting a less experience person. There's many ways to skin a cat for the job he needed to do and he went for the most reliable way which would be less prone to clogs. Thanks for sending him. He's our guy for now on.

We got great service from the entire Chris Wilson Plumbing Team for a sewer line replacement. I had a very fair estimate within less than 10 hrs after my request. Joe Pineda, the estimator/project manager/job foreman demonstrated his 20+ years in the business in the way he validated the measurements I had already provided, remeasuring 3 more times using different equipment and methods, to find the municipal sewer main connect for mark and locate, exactly. Chris Wilson Plumbing and Joe Pineda were easy to communicate with and extremely timely in replying to any inquiry for the project's duration. I received notifications of next steps consistently. The work was done professionally and quickly using quality parts. Joe operated the backhoe, did the main connection and the finishing of the asphalt application (at least 3" of hot asphalt with the correct substrates). His team were all skilled and excellent. I was very impressed with the value offered from Chris Wilson Plumbing, in comparison to a large national chain, whose estimates were sustantially more expensive, and I feel we got fantastic service and workmanship. Chris Wilson Plumbing will henceforth be our first call for any plumbing issue
My husband just passed away 3 weeks ago; on top of that my water heater went out, but Chris Wilson sent his technician Rogelio to take care of it within 6 hours. They were amazing-Rogelio was professional, wonderful, just an amazing man who knew his job perfectly. I would recommend this company and Rogelio a thousand times over -believe me, I'm not in good shape right now, but these people are amazing!!! If you need something, this is the way to go without a doubt. I am incredibly pleased and so very thankful!!!!
We had an excellent experience with Chris Wilson Plumbing. They were quick to respond and schedule a visit, quick to assess the situation and propose a solution, and quick to install and get us back up and running. Our technician, Rogelio, was excellent!
Chris Wilson plumbing did a fine job of installing some fairly complicated outdoor plumbing at my home. The quality of the work, promptness of the scheduling and curtesy of the workers was all very good. Will definitely use them again.
Update and another great review .. I have used Chris Wilson Plumbing over the years. I have to say this last week. I was given stellar customer service. They have always been my go to because they are the most reliable. After talking to Christopher, and receiving such amazing service, I had to take the time to leave this review. The work is wonderful but the customer service is even better. Thank you so much! I called Chris Wilson Plumbing for a few properties. They have helped with heating and air many times Today they came out on a moments notice and were professional, on time and neat. I highly recommend to anyone desiring exceptional results

Chris Wilson Plumbing and Heating wanted to charge me over $100 for an estimate to replace my heater. If I went with their estimate the would refund $90 of the estimate cost. I dont want to gamble $110 on an estimate the may or may not be competitive with the other reputable vendors that I contacted. I am not just kicking the tires on this, I am ready to complete the heater replacement this month. This may be a good company but they were not even considered due to this uncommon policy.
Great service, thorough. The problem turned out to be much farther downstream than anticipated, beyond my unit into a neighboring unit. Fixed both our problems, and fixed some incorrectly installed plumbing. Highly recommend!
We came back after a weeklong trip to a very cold house. There had been a power failure for 4 days. Our furnace would not turn on. This company was the only Lennox furnace repair company that came out the next day and reset the power supply to our furnace.
Ramiro was very nice and explained all my options. Fixed the toilet and now it works great. I will call Chris Wilson again for any future issues.
