James, the plumber I hired, surpassed all of my expectations in these regards. My water heater's problem was quickly identified, and he had it swapped out with little hassle. In the real of customer service, this Santa Cruz Plumbers shines like a diamond. We bought an older house yesterday and contacted today to obtain an estimate on fixing a few things that are wrong with it. The receptionist seemed knowledgeable and pleasant; she even mentioned an opening for today. After we finished talking, James sent me a text saying he was on his way, which I thought was really cool. He showed up not long after that. We went over everything we were worried about, from the leak in the Santa Cruz (which had been discovered during the initial inspection) to the foul odor of the well water and the necessity for a whole-house water filtering system. James made a thorough inspection and gave his findings. He reassured us that there was no water damage under the house and that it was even suitable for sleeping. The odor from the faucet was explained, and he informed us that water filtration was already installed and shown how to replace the filter and where to get more. There is more honesty in this guy's little finger than in the rest of the people We've dealt with put together. This Santa Cruz Plumbers standards are so high, we'll never use another plumber again.
